Worcester Barr, Flight & Barr period porcelain tea cup and saucer in Queen Charlotte or whorl pattern. Circa 1792-1803. Impressed on underside with letter "B" and with British Antique Dealers' Association (BADA) labels of authenticity. Excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs; only some rubbing to gilding on rims.

Early Chamberlains Worcester porcelain teapot and stand. Circa 1800. An attractive example of a Worcester teapot with vertical ribbed design and hand painted with bands of gilt foliage and sepia colored scrolling feathers. The lid has a pagoda finial and is marked on its underside in gold script "Chamberlains Worcester, Worcester N.34." Condition is excellent with no chips or repairs. There is some minor wear to the gilding along the edge of the lid and on the rim of the oval stand...

This rare engraving depicts the siege of Szczecin (Stettin), situated on the river Oder (north to the left), at that time part of Swedish Pomerania. A combined allied force of Poles, Austrains and Brandenburgians, under General Jean-Luis des Souches, invested the fortress on the 19th (29th) of September 1659...

Cast iron standing horse doorstop by Hubley, #345. Circa 1930s. Unmarked. This horse retains almost all of its original dappled grey painted surface. The figure is well modelled with wonderful detailing of the anatomical features. Excellent condition, some minor wear along the top of the neck and on one side of the horse. Size: 12" length x 10.5" height.

Measuring 9 inches high, these delightful examples of Folk Art styling, are two of a series of Black cloth character dolls made in Alabama in the 1930’s by unknown craftsmen/women.

It has been noted that their creation was encouraged through President Franklin Delano Roosevelt's Depression era program, the Work Projects Administration (WPA), in existence from 1935-1943. The WPA was designed to provide jobs across the country during the Great Depression...

Based in Mexico City Plateria FarFan created some of the most impressive and well-made collar necklaces, many in the multi-row "mesh" style and others in puzzle “Cleopatra style” designs. The necklace presented here is one of the latter, a pretty handsome one at that and a favorite of mine for the comfortable, just-at-home way in lies around the neck...

An absolutely stunning table-cut citrine adorns this massive Carmen Beckmann Mexican silver ring. The gem, its color traveling from refreshing lemon to saturated yellow as the light changes, is lifted above the finger in a terraced setting with geometric cut-outs...

It is not easy to stumble upon a vintage Los Ballesteros carved "mask" ring but when one does find an example, what a feast it is! There is nothing "timid" about this piece. The philosophy here is big, bold and beautiful and I believe that the Los Ballesteros workshop accomplished all this monumentality in the most amazing, masterful, and eye-pleasing way. The "mask" is here carved out of a dark green agate, I believe, with grayish white specs in it...

A Victorian Edwardian 14k yellow gold rubies and seed pearls ring circa 1900. This size 7-1/2 ring features five genuine rubies interspersed with four seed pearls in a 1/4" across setting. All stones are claw-set, this ring is stamped 14K, it weighs 2.1 grams and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs other than a bit of surface wear/dulling to the pearls (one has been replaced)...

An Edwardian 14K white and yellow gold rod link watch chain from the 1910 1920 era. It measures 13-1/2" long, the links alternate from elongated diamond shaped in yellow gold with rectangular lined white gold links and it has a swivel and springring clasp. The links are of hollow construction and this fine chain is is stamped 14K on the jump rings and on the inside of the swivel...

Chinese Western Han Dynasty Painted Pottery Attendant Figure

This pottery model of a male attendant, or servant, was made during the Western Han Dynasty (206 BC - AD 8). The figure stands with hands clasped together under a wide-sleeved robe. Note the presence of purpose-made holes above and below where the hands would be where a flag or banner (?) would originally have been placed diagonally, and presumably made of wood so long since rotted away and lost...

Chinese Tang Dynasty Painted Pottery Horse (AD 618 - 906)

This attractive pottery model of a horse was made during the Tang Dynasty (AD 618 - 906). It is made from a buff-coloured pottery that has been "cold painted" in white and reddish-brown pigments. This horse is well-modelled and stands upright and alert with its head turned slightly to its left.

Height 21.5 cm (8.5 inches)...

William Spratling is famous for his tulip design and this brooch is an excellent example of his work. The tulip has no cracks or damage and is properly hallmarked as shown. The length is 2.25in. long and 1in. at it's widest. The piece has great depth and dimension and weighs 22 grams.

This 1960-s 14Kt yellow gold emerald and diamond ring is centered by a 6X4 millimeter oval faceted natural emerald. The center stone is flanked on either side by two diamonds and a 5X3 millimeter pear shaped natural emerald. The approximate total weight of all emeralds is 1.60Ct, while the approximate total weight of the diamonds is 0.04Ct. The ring is a size 7 ¼ and can easily be sized.
