A wonderful, rare, soft cover book by Ida Chubb, copyrighted 1929 by Whitman Publishers and measuring 9.5 x 12.5 inches...

This charming old traditional style tea container is made from bamboo. It has a fitted lid that is held in place by a thin strip of wood which passes through the handle and fits in a slot in the lid. With the handle extended upward the piece measure 6" tall. The lid has some tooth marks left by a venturesome but unsuccessful mouse.

Never opened and retaining all of its original powdered scouring cleanser, this near mint canister of Gold Dust cleanser remains a classic and must-have addition to any Black Memorabilia collection!

Measuring 4.75 inches high x approximately 3.25 inches in diameter, the container has slight scuffing to its paper cover and light rust to the base --which in the photo appears more significant than it actually is--- however, there is no problem with structural integrity to the base!

Measuring 8.25 inches wide x 4.5 inches deep x 1.75 inches high, this very early and rarely found, circa 1910, Dutch Cigar tin features a photo lithograph of two Negertjes-- which in Dutch means young black boys-- very cheerily smoking fat Dutch cigars!

In fine condition considering its 90+ years of age with superficial scratches and light superficial rusting as seen in photos...

A rare specimen of Ming dynasty private kiln ware, foliated rim and decorated at the interior with reverse chrysanthemum white on red enamel, the underside with brown glazed, "Da Ming Nien Zhao" four characters mark in underglaze blue within double circle. Ming dynasty 16th century. Condition small restored to re-stuck, no missing pieces. Diameter: 13 cm.

A good blue & white dish, with slightly thinly potted and foliated lip rim, decorated at the exterior center with four lion foo dogs playing ball within double circle, on the wall cavetto with pomegranate design, underside with two blooms of fungus/ruyi scroll and three flowers scroll among clouds motif. Four characters mark "Da Ming Nien Zhao", Ming dynasty Zhengde period (1506-1521)...

An extremely rare b/w dish with thinly potted, decorated at the exterior with a pair of "Kuei" Dragons, the interior with a Phoenix on flight in the center within double circle and the wall cavetto with rock mountains among chrysanthemum and lotus blooms and with key-fret border around the everted rim sides, brown glaze finished. Ming dynasty first half of 15th century, presume as Xuande-Zhendong ware. Condition is perfect. Diameter: 32.5 cm.

A rare and fine b/w bowl, decorated outside with to the body with vividly pencil style painted of three pair Mandarin Duck swimming among Lotus Pond, the rim border with five Dragons chasing flaming pearls. Inside the center decorated with one mandarin duck swimming in lotus pond and the other one is on the flight within double circle, inner rim border with Tibetan characters...

Dated to the Yuan dynasty, it is of thick celadon glaze of dark greenish yellow body, which has beautiful crazing line. The body is of pale gray materials with the base shown burnt to a dark reddish brown colour. The small longquan vase could have been use for either storing medicine or just as a small vase. A finely painted and rare "Wucai" vase in Meiping form, decorated with rock and grape fruits, tendril to whole body, brown glaze to the rim, six character mark in the neck with "Da Ming Wan Li Nien Zhe", but dating 17th-18th century, base unglazed. Condition is excellent, no any chips, no cracks and free from restoration. High: 18 cm.

A finely small bowl, decorated outside with continuously flower scroll in green and red enamel. Possibly 18th century Kangxi period Dehua ware. Condition is perfect, no any chips, no cracks, enamel also original tone. Diameter: 10.5 cm.

A finely blue & white bowl, decorated inside and outside with a good painted of continuously flowers scroll. Presume as Ming dynasty late 15th century Jindezhen private kiln ware with very finer quality one. Condition is excellent, with no any chip and no crack, except a bit firing glaze flaw to the base. Diameter: 15.5 cm.

A good blue & white garlic head vase, decorated on the body with four windows featuring of flower scroll, the head with a white on blue "ruyi" scroll and below with dots motif, neck area with two chrysanthemum sprays, double circle on the base. Ching dynasty Kangxi period (1662-1722). Condition is very good except re-touched minor tiny chips to rim, otherwise is perfect. The condition picture before re-touched by request. High: 18.2 cm.

Description: An ancient inkstone called Qing-Shi (green stone)inkstone was from northern China of Song Dynasty. In plain square form(Chao-Sou style), the ink pool was in a shape of Ru-Yi. With original light gray tint, the patina was dotted with black ink left by users. The middle of the surface was concave by long time of using. As to the quality, the inkstone is quite hefty as it was call Qing-Shi(green stone)...

A fabulous, big and bold sterling bracelet by Danish firm A. Michelsen. The texture resembles a tree bark and there is a slight gold wash over the sterling. This is a heavy piece weighing 126 grams. It measures 7" around in the inside and is 1 3/8" wide. It has a unique pin closure with a safety clasp. Fine original condition. Signed as shown. This bracelet is magnificent.

This is a terrific sterling and amethyst pin by Taxco designer Enrique Ledesma. Fusing silver with stone is what he is best known for and this pin is a stellar example of this specialty. It measures 2 1/4" by 1 1/8" and is in fine original condition. The stone is free of chips or cracks. Signed as shown. A very special piece.
