Large Chinese Warring States Impressed Pottery jar (475 - 221 BC)
This large pottery jar was made during the Warring States period (475 - 221 BC). It is made from a high-fired pale orange-brown pottery, the surface colour of which varies in places. It is of globular form with quite a wide mouth. The whole outer surface has been decorated with repeated impressed geometric patterns comprising vertical and horizontal lines.

attached mirror under a fine curtain top which are lavishly falls at each side to the bottom.
The toilette table is covered with faded light pink cotton which included a print of tiny rose buds , edged with pink silk cording and accented with embroidered lace draps. Ruffles and mirror frame overlay...
This is an early Antonio Pineda 17in. long and 93 grams heavy fabulous vintage Mexican 970 silver necklace. It is .75in. wide and displays a wave swirl design that is built with depth and dimension in heavy repousse. His works are presently seen on the SILVER SEDUCTION museum tour. Known for his designs this one is seldom seen and is really a knock out on. Really lovely, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!
A rare English George III pear form fruitwood tea caddy. 18th century. Size: 8.75 inches height. x 4.5 inches diameter. Retaining wooden stem, original brass hinge, scalloped metal key escutcheon (lock not working) and remnants of foil lining. Condition is very good, with two drying age cracks in the lid which have been filled at some point in the past. Lovely patina. Original Georgian fruit-form tea caddies are scarce to find.
Spectacular size and quality, measures 6 1/4" interior, 2 3/4" high, with opening of 1 1/4", and an outside measurement of 7 3/4".
Heavy gauge silver, all stamped with various designs around the edges with additional rope turning. The silver is darkened where stones are set, and there are multiple beads throughout the background of the stones...
A ewer with an greyish-olive toned glaze that covers all but the foot and base. The mouth is trumpet-flared and the 3-lobed rim of the mouth is trimmed in silver (see photos). The grooved strap handle is typical of Song items .

Condition: Tiny firing separation at the base of the spout (not a crack).

The oval natural sapphire that centers this elegant ring is a 1.44Ct oval faceted beauty. The center stone is encircled by 12 full cut diamonds, with the approximate total weight of 0.45Ct. The ring is set in 14Kt white gold. The size of the ring is 6 ½ and it can be sized if necessary.

Deco style bar unit with mottled glass top and side panels in a gilded cabinet. Circa 1950s. Probably Italian. One half of the top hinges upward to reveal a liquor compartment fitted for bottles, while in the other half one of the front side panels opens outward for storage. Once owned by Andy Warhol this vintage 1950's sterling silver & chrysacolla bracelet was designed & signed by Taxco, Mexico artist Felipe Martinez for Piedra Y Plata. The six panels of the design measure 1 inch wide X 6 1/2 wearable inches long. It weighs 89 grams and is in beautiful condition with minor surface wear. Fully hallmarked.

These matching Tobias cuffs were purchased together and have stayed together through time so I am continuing the tradition here with presenting them as a pair. Something this breath taking does not need much of a description. Designed by Margot Van Voorhies when married to Antonio Castillo. Together they began the Taller of Los Castillo. Design 475 has a wearable length of 17 inches plus a bit more which is fashioned from a leaf pattern. Repousse of quality, depth and natural patina while having a heavy weight of 96 grams of almost pure silver. No repairs or damage of any kind, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!
We have an old block hallmark on this lovely reliquary necklace. Original chain and has the chatelaine still with the piece that the cross hangs from. Length for the chain is 18.5in. The cross is 2.75in. long and just shy of 2.5in. across. The weight is 65 grams of thick silver. Reliquary items were and are important symbols of the day to day life in Mexico. This is a rare one and in excellent condition with no repairs or damage just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!

A massive Japanese 19thC bronze jardiniere or plant holder with raised or bas-relief detail. This handsome antique signed Japanese bronze work stands 13-1/2" tall and it measures 11-1/2" across the opening. We have a stunning pair of matching cuffs from the Mexican Silver Renaissance with a grand height of 5 inches. Beautiful cabbage roses with leaves adorn the treasure. The wrist is 2.25 in. and up the arm it is graduated to 2.75. It can be made somewhat smaller or larger. I would say it is set for a medium wrist with air to flow comfortably. The repousse is deep and puffy and without any holes where light can go through them. In superb condition with no damage or repairs. One photo shows the back...
This signed William Spratling X&O design pairs with the X&O necklace also listed on my site. The height is 1in. and the length is 7in. with a wearable of 6.5in. Surprisingly the bracelet is very heavy and each link is an outstanding 1/4in. thick. Hallmarks date to approximately 1942 and there is no damage or repairs of any kind. The weight is staggering 102 grams. Simply superb. .
