This exquisite Triplet Victorian double cameo shows high quality and Neo-Classical subject matter. Double cameos are rare to begin with. The soldier appears to be onyx. The white figure is part of the under layer of the soldier and both of these layers are on top of a carnelian. The mount is sterling. The size is 8 ¾.

This Beautiful belt buckle is made entirely of Mid-Victorian Hand-Carved Whitby Jet. The Brooch is deeply carved with leaves and flower blooms – in great detail.

Today it is illegal to mine jet in Whitby because the only jet left is in seams in the walls of the cliffs over the town. To remove it from the cliffs would cause them to tumble down and destroy the town. The two remaining jet cutters today have to rely on pieces that wash up on the beaches of this seacoast town...

A lovely early 19th century sterling silver & paste belt buckle. This 2-7/8" x 1-3/8" buckle features antique hand cut clear paste stones, and the central pinion hinged section swings either way, with three teeth to hold the belt opening and the section that holds the belt end has three shallower teeth to secure the other end of the belt. They are both secured to the centre of the belt but are made so each moves independently of the other...

Unusual Victorian silver plate walnut box motif scent holder with good luck charms, comprised of a hinged intricate designed walnut with a wishbone on a chain hanging from one side. The box opens to reveal a white metal double-sided picture locket and a loose seal having a horseshoe and nail motif, unmarked but of English origin, circa 1860-1900; Measurement- 1 3/4 inches long x 1 1/2 inches diameter; Condition-Very good with missing scent bottle and bracket, wear to silver plate.

Pretty Victorian sterling silver pin decorated with a floral appliqué. The floral design has realistic engraved details. These pins were very popular in the late Victorian period and were made in many different variations, often with a name worked into the design. The back is fully hallmarked for Birmingham, 1890-91, and has the maker’s mark “G.A.R.”.

A 19thC Dutch sterling silver belt buckle from 1864. This heavy, hand made and engraved belt buckle is fully hallmarked for 1864. This 2-7/8" x 2-1/4" hand made buckle weighs 1.25 ounces, and it has an AT over 64 maker's mark, the lion passant silver purity mark, Minerva head mark, and the letter mark for 1864. This item has an overall measurement of 2-15/16" x 2-3/16", and it has an inner or belt measurement of 2" x 1-3/8"...

Very early gold-washed sterling mirror/photo round locket by William B. Kerr Co., Newark, c.1865. Has beautiful defined Victorian design on both sides. One side was meant to hold a photograph and the other, a mirror. The mirror has seen it's day, so two photos are fine. One side has a slight bend(see photo #3). Otherwise, very excellent condition. Measures a generous 1 1/2" in diameter with original bale and signed "Kerr mark STERLING 7", which indicates it is one of the very early Kerr designs...
