Circa 1940's, here is a huge conical amethyst ring from Hubert Harmon. An absolutely spectacular ring, one which instantly commands attention. It's a published book-piece, shown on page 190 of "Silver Masters of Mexico". The amethyst rises to almost 7/8" above the finger, and is surrounded by silver beading. The ring is adjustable, currently at a size 8. Weight is 23.2 grams. Signed and hallmarked "Hubert Harmon Sterling Mexico". Collector quality.

This mid-century chili pepper bracelet is the work of Salvador Teran. Teran worked with William Spratling at Taller de Las Delicias before leaving with his cousins, the Castillo brothers, in 1939 to work with them at their new taller, "Los Castillo." Considered by many to be a genius at designing, Salvador worked at Los Castillo for many years before establishing his own taller "La India Bonita" in 1952...

A lovely 14K gold Art Nouveau pin in the form of a bouquet of violets by Krementz. Three flowers on long golden stems are accented with a pair of leaves decorated with iridescent translucent enamel. A very attractive pair of Art Deco cufflinks featuring sugarloaf cabochons of moss agate (“dendritic agate”) in simple 14K gold collet settings. The agates have a very nice pattern of wispy green inclusions against a creamy translucent background. The connectors are marked “14K” and have an unidentified maker’s mark.

This mid-century Salvador Teran bracelet features a silver man in the moon and star which appears to be floating against the darkened background, framed in a silver bezel of varying sides and angles. It's a seldom seen design and a standout piece. Has a large presence on the wrist. Measures a closed, wearable length of 6 1/2". Width in front is 1 5/8". Weight is 64.7 grams. Signed and hallmarked "Salvador Sterling Mexico", with the eagle assay 36 and design # 125.

It's a heavy hand-wrought piece, with five different Aztec metal symbols, giving the illusion that there are five separate panels. However, in fact there are two pieces which are joined together with a pin hinge. Closure is a pin on a chain...

This is a very rare bracelet from Los Castillo, executed in 980 silver. One of their earliest pieces before they added design numbers with their hallmark. At the center is a huge gorgeous amethyst cabochon, bezel set and surrounded by tiny beading. Three strands of silver beads attach to each side, wrapping around the wrist to close with a tongue in box clasp topped with an amethyst cabochon. This is an extremely flattering bracelet. It looks absolutely stunning on the wrist...

This pre-1948 bracelet is a huge, wide, weighty piece and a Fred Davis design. It's unsigned, marked simply "Silver Mexico".

The panels have a geometric design inspired by pre-Columbian clay stamps which Davis collected. You can see a similar Fred Davis bracelet with amethysts in my shop.

Very good vintage condition

Very early Kenneth Jay Lane hinged cuff with the earliest K.J.L. mark. Covered with pave white rhinestones and green, red and ruby cabochons, as well as emerald color square cut accents. A hair under 1" (2.3 cm) wide, the interior diameter is 2 3/8" (6.4 cm) x 2 1/8" (5.3 cm). The snap closure is tight and the cuff is in original vintage condition. This is the Moghul style at its best.

An unusual vintage 14K gold equestrian keychain by Tiffany & Co. The chain has a fob on either end, one in the form of a horseshoe and the other in the form of a fully three-dimensions horse head. The head is nicely detailed and sparkles with a pair of bright ruby eyes. The rubies, though small, have very fine bright color. The back of the horseshoe is marked "Tiffany & Co. 14K."

Keys are added by holding the chain against one side of the horseshoe and slipping on the key...

One of Hector Aguilar most notable designs who called this style the "Six Spheres Bracelet". It is an impressive piece measuring 7 1/2" long by 1 1/2" wide and weighs a heavy 86.6 grams. Signed "Taxco, HA, Taxco" and tests to be at least 925 silver. Secure box clasp and in good vintage condition with no damage noted, only light signs of wear and tarnish. We also have the matching necklace available in a separate listing.

An especially good quality 18K yellow gold band engraved with swirling vines, alternating leaves set with round brilliant-cut diamonds. The diamonds are H/I color and VS1 clarity. The engraving is very nicely worked. Tested and guaranteed 18K.
