This carved jade pumpkin is suspended from a braided green silk cord embellished with jade and hardstone beads and white jade leaves. The length is adjustable by pulling the white beads at the top. The overall length is about 13 inches. The pumpkin carving is:

Antique Peranakan or Straits Chinese silver belt, probably early 20th century. With its Aceh style Phoenix bird theme this belt was traditionally used by ladies at weddings and other festivities. The buckle – now missing but easily replaced by a matching textile ribbon - would have held a larger version of the Phoenix motif. With diffuse marks but tested for a silver content of 500/1000. Weight 143 grams. Length "14 ½ / 74 and width "1 ¾ / 4.5 cm. Condition: fine.

Large heavy gauge silver Hopi bolo. The oxydized bottom layer has a hand cut design top layer showing man and woman figures. The bolo measures 2" long by 1 5/8" wide. Egyptian Paste glass head of ancient Pharaoh head, wearing a crown with the Uraeus cobra , the molded head is done in purplish cobalt blue and sea foam blue green with tiny flecks of copper in the glass , with mold seams showing at the sides. I have listed many pictures of this since I use a point and shoot camera and this is as detailed as I can get .The loop is not gold but some kind of base metal , the face is pretty well detailed and has no damage .Size H 1.5" w 1" d 3/4"

The shape of this antique pendant is a Dharmachakra or "wheel with 8 spokes", which is one of the eight auspicious symbols of Tibetan Buddhism. Eight oval shaped turquoise surround a ninth turquoise stone, with each stone set in a silver bezel on a silver backing. When mined, turquoise is a soft stone, and all old stones were set into a bezel for protection. Later stablization processes were used so that bezels were no longer required...

This antique Chinese silver bracelet is hinged at the back and opens in the front. The silver work displays plant leaves and a bird. The bead work is both coral and turquoise. Bracelet is stamped "China" which according to trade laws makes it late Qing, about 1890. Its in very good condition

Qing Dynasty Noble lady's gilt silver hairpin with the real jade like brush of scholar

This is a Chinese Gilt Silver Hairpin with Jadelike stone(round one in the middle is real old jade!! It is with some imperfection on the silver leafs with some not complete parts caused by wear and tear, age more than 90 years or can be older than that, of late Qing Dyansty era, please feel free to enquire and ask for more photos! This necklace consists of 2 carved ivory beads 3/4ths inch diameter, 8 large carved bone beads 3/4th inch, and 88 smaller carved bone beads (1/2 inch). Each large bone and ivory bead has a protective metal sleeve around the stringing hole. If opened up the strand would measure approx 48 inches...beautiful patina on both the ivory and the bone beads....

This Yao necklace and matching pair of earrings have added beads and long silk tassels. Both are light weight and easy to wear. The earrings are hollow with the same repeated design pattern on the backside. The wire loop may be a bit thick as they were made to accommodate the large ear holes which are traditional for the Chinese minority groups. These loops could easily be changed out for posts or a thinner wire hoop.

This emerald green glass bangle started life during the late Qing Dynasty as one of 2 handles on a ladies rank badge embroidered purse... The other handle was broken which rendered the purse unusable...and the embroidery was sold separately... Bangle measures interior diameter 2.75 inches so...it will fit a large hand/wrist...
