This art nouveau garnet stickpin (scarf pin) is 2 1/2" long. The garnet is bezel set. The garnet in its setting is 3/4 long x 5/16" wide.
This garnet stickpin / scarf pin has been tested to be at least 14K. There appears to be a maker's mark, too. It is in excellent condition.
This pretty pin is in the style of Murrle, Bennett and Archibald Knox. The design is that of a heart interlaced with a navette-shaped frame (this interlace-type motif is also called “entrelac”). It is centered by an oval turquoise, and has a safety chain – always useful! Unsigned, and marked 9ct. It measures 1-1/2 x 3/4", and weighs 2.6g. Art Nouveau is written all over this wonderful 14Kt yellow gold stickpin. The flowing line design is centered by a 7 X 5 millimeter oval faceted bezel set amethyst and the bottom of the design enhanced by a 3 millimeter natural pear. While the stickpin is 14Kt gold, the safety clutch as usual is gold field.
This watch pin is made of marked and tested 14k gold, many seed pearls, and 2 accent diamonds. It has a leaf motif, and 2 little flowers with heart-shaped petals, and we think it’s just beautiful. It measures 1-1/8 x 1-1/4" and weighs 6.9g. One seed pearl was missing, so we had it replaced. The pin stem assembly is original. In excellent condition, and circa 1910. A pretty pair of Art Deco 12K yellow gold, coral and pearl tassel earrings. Lengths of gold chain studded with small pearls and coral beads hang freely from the pearl surmounts. The coral has attractive, uniform color and the semi-baroque pearls have especially bright luster. The earrings have a lot of movement when being worn and would have paired nicely with the long chains and fringed gowns fashionable in the 1920s. Tested and guaranteed 12K gold (clutches are 14K).
