Purchased by the original owner in 1957 in Italy, this amazing bracelet has top notch hollow construction and the deep resonant gold colour expected of high quality 750 gold. This 7-1/2" bracelet has a box clasp, it weighs 18.1 grams and it is 3/4" wide. It is stamped with the 101VI maker's mark for Menegotto Polinto of Vicenza, Italy (1955-71). A delicate trace link gold chain with faceted synthetic amethysts and freshwater pearls. The four stones are collet-set with open back. There is a slight blemish on the table of one amethyst and the chain may have been shortened. The pearls are not perfectly matched and show light wear. Marked 15c on the spring clasp.
