This simple yet elegant gold washed lavalier evokes both the Nouveau and the Deco eras with its design. It measures 1-3/8” without the bale, and 1/2” at the widest point. Has 'fingers' which hold the stone in place. Measures 3" long and 1 1/2" across. Has a secure rollover clasp and also a small bale so could be worn either as a brooch or on a chain. Can be worn up and down or sideways as a brooch. The bale is behind the figure's knee so the figure would be crawling down when worn on a chain.

A wonderful example of Mid Century Modernist design.
A heavy, dramatic necklace composed of three rows of interlocking links soldered together. The outer rows are copper, and the middle row is brass; both metals have retained their luster. The brass clasp is very secure and is marked on the back Mexico with a partial Tlaquepaque’s, and the maker’s initials FCS underneath. The necklace measures 7/8 inch wide and about 18 inches long; it is slightly curved. Weight: 81.5 grams
An Arts and Crafts Brass Fob with an Acid Etched Windmill design and a central green cabochon, attributed to Forest Craft Guild. Measures 1 1/2" across and 2 1/8" high. Has the original ribbon and clasp. The edge of the ribbon has a little fraying. Very well crafted. Wonderful condition.

An unusual piece of repousee work in copper. This belt is made of 17 panels with Middle Eastern designs. Measures 26 1/2" long and 2 1/2" wide. Hook closure holds securely. Signed J. Simmons 1945. Well crafted and substantial. Warm patina. A very unique piece of handicraft.
Wide copper band is decorated with an applied brass monkey figure inspired by a Precolumbian motif (see the last photo). It is inset with small pieces of abalone. On one side is a discolored area, of about ½ inch square, left from an old label. As the discoloration is on the side, it is not obvious when the cuff is worn. The bracelet measures 2 ½ inches at its widest part and 2 ½ inches across the opening. It has a 7 ½-inch internal circumference.

Well made with ten colors, which include one red flower, of matte surface enamel poured into brass chambers of flowers and leaves happily dancing against a cobalt blue and cerulean blue background.

A large, modernist pendant, "Mustang" by Bjorn Weckstrom for Lapponia in bronze with light flame coloring.
Marked Lapponia, Finland and some other marks too difficult to read. Measures 3 3/4" long and 2 3/4" across. Heavy, three dimensional and substantial. Original chain measures 26" long and has the sliding clasp which holds securely. Very nice condition, surface shows some minor scratches and a little wear.

Similar to the French made sautoir book piece seen on page 190 of Antique Trader Jewelry Price Guide 2nd edition which is priced higher in the book than here.

This very Victorian pin is gold fill set with two rose-cut red pastes and one cabochon ‘turquoise’. The pin is 1 ¼" wide with a central ball element that is 3/8" in diameter.
Applied circles of wire rope ornament a vertical, rectangular bar. A hollow ball dangles from two chains; another chain connects the pin to the stickpin. This device preceded the safety catch to prevent loss of the pin.

This 1960s-70s wide copper bangle bracelet is unsigned, but nicely designed with four applied discs around the exterior for a clean, modernist look. It is sturdily constructed, thick enough so the shape is intact, and with a quality spring hinge and a small tongue and groove type of feature at the terminals to keep the pieces in place when closed. Here is a hand-constructed cuff bracelet made of multiple wires that are joined at the terminals and kept in place by horizontal rings. The wires look to be silverplated; the rings and soldered terminals are white metal. The cuff has a good heft (56 grams) and an impressive look. It is also well balanced, so doesn't turn on the wrist. It measures a little over 1 inch wide and 5/8 inch high with an inner circumference of about 7 ¼ inches.

A vintage modernist brooch by noted African American mid century jeweler, Winifred Mason Chenet in copper with 5 dangles. This rare and early brooch was done when she just signed her work Mason, prior to adding the Chenet d'Haiti in the early 1950s.
Measures 2 1/8" across and 3" high including the dangles. Made of oxidized copper with raised graduated bumps. The balls and chains are brass and the hooks connecting the balls are copper for an interesting contrast.
