A massive silver ring by Antonio Belgiorno, Buenos Aires, c 1940-50. The geometric design and the use of oxidizing is typical of Belgiorno, who is one of Argentina’s most well known artists in silver. A solid piece of jewelry that really makes a statement. Marked A Belgiorno, Industria Argentina T27 and 900. Open and adjustable, the inner diameter at present 18 mm which corresponds to size 6 ½. Condition: fine.

A graceful pendant made from a teardrop-shaped plaque, oxidized and decorated with applied abstract forms. A thick strand of silver is applied at one side and terminates in a loop at the top, forming a bale. The back of the plaque is marked sterling. The pendant exhibits some scratching, primarily on the back; the front oxidation shows some wear but still retains its dramatic contrast with the applied decoration...
A clever design composed of three forged wires terminating in curls at each end. The bracelet is handmade and quite sturdy. It bears a mark inside one curl of a three-lobed cypher and STG, possibly for sterling. The metal shows a very strong test for silver. The bracelet has a 6 ½-inch internal circumference, which includes a 1 1/4–inch opening; it is ¼ inch wide. Weight: 21 grams
An iconic pair of sterling silver earrings by Frank Miraglia, based on a famous Ed Wiener design. Originally based on a photograph of the well known modernist dancer and choreographer, Martha Graham.
Earrings measure 1" tall and 3/4" across. Signed F. Miraglia N.Y. Sterling. Screw part is also signed Sterling. Screw backs work fine and hold tightly. Have a minor amount of tarnish.

This interesting studio piece is composed of a geometric lattice-like design set with a dyed blue chalcedony in a secure bezel mounting. The spring-ring clasp is secure and marked 925 for sterling; the oblong panels linked by chain also test strongly as silver. The necklace measures 18 inches long, with a 3-inch-long center drop. Gross weight: 38.8 grams
An abstract design, the pendant is set with what appears to be blue indicolite, which is a type of tourmaline, or blue jade. It is marked sterling on the reverse. The chain is composed of linked sterling edged rods, and is marked Italy and sterling on the flattened jump ring. One rod is slightly bent. The entire clasped necklace measures 18 inches long; the pendant is 3 inches long by 2 3/8 inches wide.
Of modernist design, both cast and hand-forged and composed of two flat sides terminating in hollowed ends, one with a protruding side. The tongue-and-groove clasp is in good working order. The bracelet exhibits some signs of wear, such as scratches and tiny dings to the edges. The very tip of the protrusion has a tiny dent. A colorful studio piece molded as an abstract, modified circle and enameled in browns and blues. The back bears a secure rollover clasp on one side and a pendant bale on the other. Each earring is composed of two trapezoidal pieces linked by a squared U-shaped wire. The screw backs are original and in good working order. The backs indicate sterling and bear the mark of modernist designer Paul Lobel. The earrings show very few signs of wear. They measure 1 ¾ inches long by 1/2 inch at the widest part. The handmade pendant is probably German, mid-20th century. It features a cross-hatched, oxidized surface set with two vividly-colored coral half-beads. The back is marked Handarbeit (German for handmade), and bears a partial mark for .835 silver. There are tiny imperfections on the oxidized surface, hardly noticeable, and a product of hand work...
Formed as a stylized, textured ribbon, bisected by a flattened band. The pin has a dynamic feel and is quite sturdy. The rollover clasp is original to the piece and in good working order. The back bears the eagle 3 mark, as well as marks for Mexico and sterling, but no maker’s mark. The pin measures 2 ½ inches by ¾ inch wide. Gross weight: 7.4 grams

This delicate pin has a branch-like design formed by lost-wax casting, with a textured surface and applied beads. The oxidized and textured surface has a Brutalist feel. The opening is 5", and the necklace weighs 47 grams, 1.66oz. Unmarked but tests as sterling silver or higher.
Pendant composed of the inside of a conch shell that is mounted in wound sterling silver wire. The chain of twisted sterling silver bands is stamped 925 and has a secure pressure hook clasp. Each connecting ring is soldered closed. Clasped, the necklace measures 17 inches long, including the pendant.

A clean, modernist design characterizes this ring, which is composed of a graduated rounded sterling band inset with an irregularly shaped piece of teak or rosewood. It mostly likely dates from the late 1960s to mid-1970s. There is an unidentified triangular mark on the outer band. The ring tests strongly for silver, and is probably European. It is sized a 6 1/4. Gross weight: 4.7 grams
An irregular shaped piece of amber is mounted in a handmade bezel. The mounting is decorated with hand-applied silver biomorphic protrusions. The bailbears the Krakow mark for .916 silver, with an additional mark indicating added metal, although all of the metal tests as silver. The pendant measures 2 ½ inches long, including the bail and jump ring, and 1 3/8 inches wide.

A wonderful hammered sterling silver neck ring with a large pendant of a fish in mosaics. Has an iridescent eye. Neck ring is approximately 16 1/2" around. Hard to measure due to the curvature of the links. Lightly hammered, very nice work. Pendant measures about 4 1/2" long and 1 1/4" at the widest. Hook closure. Great condition, silver has a warm patina. Vibrant colors. Eye catching piece!
Here is a bold, mid-century modernist money clip. It's composed of a flexible but sturdy forged-wire frame, with an applied mounted piece of rosewood in a trapezoidal shape. A silver half-bead is applied to a crossbar near the top. The wood has a polished surface and shows no damage or cracking. The clip is unmarked, but tests as sterling. It measures 2 ½ inches long by ¾ inch wide.
