Measuring 27" long, this 940 sterling silver & copper necklace was designed c. 1940-50's by Taxco, Mexico artist Hector Aguilar (1905-86). The center disc is 1 1/2" wide graduating to 1/2" at the back. Weight is 124 grams. Beautiful condition & patina. A signed Antonio Pineda bracelet that is thick and heavy at 125 grams. A 2.5in. diameter will fit most. I find the swinging framed rectangle links to be quite fabulous alone or worn with other great finds stacked. The bracelet lays right between the one inch mark in height. The presence of this Pineda treasure will be noticed dressed up or dressed down.
