Hand stamped coin silver belt, Navajo or Dine, pre-1960, good weight with precise stamped designs, unsigned. Measures 30" x 1", buckle is 1 7/8" x 1 1/4". Circa pre-1948, this coiled snake necklace is the early work of "CEL". I seldom come across pieces by this artisan, but the few I have had are all in the same folk art style of Matilde Poulat, as is this design. Like produced in Mexico City, this necklace is in superb vintage condition.

Composed of alternating spiral and coiled links, the closure is a turquoise jeweled snake head and tail which joins together. You can wear it with the snake at center front, or on the side...

The gold sheen obsidian in this signed Los Castillo design # 201 is an excellent choice for dressing up in the little black dress or for a more formal occasion as well. Strong, using rivets to form the heavy links built on a curve. A substantial weight of 98 grams further assures it's integrity. The wearable length is 16 inches and the height of the links is 1.25 inches. Rests perfectly on the necklace. No chips, repairs or damage of any kind, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!

This brooch has a wonderful design. It is circular with a stamped and engraved border and a central star design. Its diameter is 1 1/4". It is hallmarked with the stylized k (for the year 1909), the anchor (for Birmingham) and The Lion Passant (for 925 sterling silver). It also has the hallmark S & Co., representing the silversmith. It is in excellent condition.

Made of interlocking solid box links, this sterling silver chain has a sturdy feel and appears to have been hand-assembled. It has a novel W-shaped clasp. Gorgeous period art nouveau sheath with nude woman playing the harp sitting in the ocean waves with birds flying above by Unger Brothers, Newark, c.1905. The sheath probably held and can hold a comb, nail file, etc. and measures 3 7/8" long by 13/16" wide and the opening is 1/8" thick(so item should be a bit thinner) by 3/4" long. These sterling silver, screwback earrings are so cool. They are circa 1950's. They measure 1" x 3/8" x 1/4" deep. They feature a mod shape with a concave, oxidized background, with prong set, cultured pearls. One is marked STERLING J.S.C 925 (see pictures). I am still trying to figure out the silversmith's mark. They are solid and in great condition.

Measuring a size 4 on a ring sizer, this delicate sterling silver ring is an unusual estate find that is approximately 40 years old and said to have been purchased by the original owner in a scrimshaw shop on the coast of Maine.

Marked "STERLING 9" on the back, this ring features a very delicately etched trio of blue flowers. The ring is also initialed "W" by the artist on the lower front of the ivory- an exceedingly tiny signature!

Beautiful antique Edwardian long drop screwback earrings in sterling silver and 10KT white gold with paste rhinestones. Circa 1910. Another Antonio Pineda masterpiece done in black onyx crescents. Very comfortable with 4.5 in. diameter which is approximately 16.5 inches of wearable length. Each crescent is 1.75 inches at the widest point. No damage or repairs. The matching Pineda bracelet is as well listed on my site. Here is a substantial 1970s handmade ring composed of a hammered disc mounted on a thick band. It is marked 925; there is no maker’s mark. The disc measures 1 inch in diameter; the ring size is about 8 1/4; the band is adjustable.

Lovely vintage signed Mikimoto brooch in sterling silver set with eight pearls, ranging from 5 to 6mm. The pearls are of very fine quality with white body color and a silvery overtone. The lustre is excellent, as should be expected of Mikimoto. The brooch is designed in a way that permits it to be worn either horizontally or vertically. The back is marked with Mikimoto's hallmark.

An interesting pair of sculptural mixed metals pierced earrings by the New York jeweler, Marci Zelmanoff.

These earrings have sterling wire details and sterling shepherd ear wires. Measure 2" long and 5/8" at the widest.

Both earrings are signed Marci Zelmanoff and with some sort of code which looks like 02-Z64. Hard to read.

They are in fine condition. Her pieces are quite rare.

A massive silver ring by Antonio Belgiorno, Buenos Aires, c 1940-50. The geometric design and the use of oxidizing is typical of Belgiorno, who is one of Argentina’s most well known artists in silver. A solid piece of jewelry that really makes a statement. Marked A Belgiorno, Industria Argentina T27 and 900. Open and adjustable, the inner diameter at present 18 mm which corresponds to size 6 ½. Condition: fine.
