This detailed brooch / pin measures 1 1/2" x 2". It features a detailed peacock with a floral accent. The back is marked STERLING, with the Uncas Manufacturing Company hallmark of a U between 2 arrows. It is in excellent condition. The Uncas Mfg. Co. began operations in Providence, Rhode Island in 1911. By the 1950s, Uncas had become the largest manufacturer of costume jewelry rings in the United States.

This pre-1948 bracelet from Fred Davis is collector quality and a larger than life showpiece.

Composed of five huge oval amethyst cabochons framed within silver, the panels have a geometric design inspired by pre-Columbian clay stamps which Davis collected.

This moonstone necklace and/or choker has great detail, with foliate accents. It sits on the neck very nicely, with its style. A vintage modernist silver necklace with a large central pendant by the master sculptor and artist from Ecuador, Oswaldo Guayasamin. The central pendant measures 2 3/4" long and 3/4" wide. Also measures 3/4" deep. The pendant has a textured front surface and polished sides and back. The pendant has an additional silver squiggle with what looks like onyx beads suspended in front of the textured surface. It moves independently.

This elaborately worked bracelet, done by hand, was made by Maciel Silver Factory of Mexico, c.1950’s. It is marked “925/1000," "MACIEL" (maker's mark), "STERLING MADE IN MEXICO” (see pictures). The central, convex, Aztec god oval measures 1 3/4” x 1 1/4” while the cuff with the eagle warrior masks measures 1 3/8”. This piece is in excellent condition.

Completely handmade, this sterling silver pin is formed similar to a stylized sprig of lily-of-the-valley. It also bears an engraved inscription on the back that reads: “Anna F. Davies/The College Settlement of Philadelphia/1898-1941.” Davies was a founder of the settlement movement, and ran this settlement house during those years. This is an early Antonio Pineda necklace that I have seen only in obsidian. Everyone over uses the word rare but ...this is very, very rare..
