Hand made sterling with natural pearls and stones clip earrings by James Fenton, c.1930's. Pearls are natural but not sure if stones are real or synthetic. Rare sterling modernist choker necklace by Sigi, c.1952. Extremely heavy, it weighs 5 troy oz(150 gms)and is in excellent condition. The concave necklace houses graduated dimensional silver balls going around the entire piece. Sigi opened his PLATEROS shop in 1952, and one rarely sees the PLATEROS mark. The necklace is signed "PLATEROS TAXCO MEXICO STERLING #17 bellmark-can't read". The choker measures 14" around and is for a small neck...

Torque necklace of sterling and onyx by Sigi Pineda, Mexico, c.1955. Marked "SIGI TASCO HECHO EN MEXICO STERLING (eagle mark) 36 (number is hard to see as it's deeply imbedded, so possibly) 310". Of good size it measures 16" around closed and the silver-backed onyx opens with a peg hinge. Elegant design in excellent condition.....$15 for insured shipping.

This necklace is signed Taxco 980 and while there is no artist attached to this work it is of exceptional quality. Thick silver, attached with rivets, and classic style set this Mexican silver necklace apart from others. It is 7/8ths inches tall for all three pieces. The weight is 92 grams for the necklace and 55 grams for the bracelet and earrings. The earrings have been professionally changed to pierced and the hallmark does show on their back side...

Beautiful sterling silver & rose quartz bracelet designed and signed circa 1950's by Taxco, Mexico artist Hector Aguilar (1905-86). Comprised of 5 ancient pale pink hand cut, bezel set quartz stones. Center stone measures 1" high. Bracelet will fit up to a 6 3/4" wrist comfortably. Excellent vintage condition. Slide in clasp and safety chain are tight and secure. Fully signed on the reverse. These fun collar tips feature an Art Nouveau-style design of a lady (or possibly a fairy?) in profile with flowers in her hair. She looks very serene. They are silver plated, and the mounts are made out of white metal. They are in good used condition, and we believe they’re vintage. Measuring 1-3/8” x 1-1/8”, they weigh 18.5g. A nicely designed Edwardian silver Baisse Taille enamel octagonal pin c1910-15. This 1" pin has a deep purple border and a central columnar section with lovely opalescent enamel. In the center is a seed pearl, and this pin has the original c-clasp and the 935 sterling mark (probably France or Austria). This item is in very good original condition with no scrapes, dents, monograms, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs other than the loss some enamel in three segments...

Elegant and "quiter" than most Matilde Poulat jewelry, this early repousse bracelet by the big maestra exhibits nonetheless all the attributes Matl's work is avidly sought after and venerated for.
