Designed in the pre-Columbian style, this sterling silver bracelet is composed of curved openwork panels connected with small pins. It bears the mark of J.N. Jacopo, for the Jacopo brothers of Mexico City and Taxco; it also bears the eagle mark with the number 3. The bracelet has a nice, hefty feel and is of good quality. This Los Castillo is an early design 592 and crafted when Margot Van Voorhies was married to Antonio Castillo. This is not for the faint of heart with a .5in. depth, 21 inches long and 1.25in. tall. Showing further quality is the weight of 183 grams. It displays a naturally darkened patina. I have showed a picture of the well working clasp as it is old in style and almost invisible. Love this on, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!

A vintage sterling silver hammered money clip made by the Gaylord Silvercraft in Wallingford, CT. The Gaylord Farm Sanitarium was active from 1923-1944 and was organized by William Waldo Dodge.

Measures about 2 3/8" long and 1" wide. Marked Sterling, Hand Wrought and with an impressed upright hammer flanked by two wings for the maker. It currently has a 'G' monogram, but could probably be buffed out.

This ladies circular plaid pin with cairngorn stone is 1 7/8" in diameter. Excellent condition.

There are no hallmarks on the pin bit it has been tested silver. The pin has a c-clasp in working condition but it may not be original.

A pair of vintage sterling silver earrings by Hans Hansen, Denmark are available. They have a hammered streamlined design.

They measure 1 1/8" in diameter. They sit about 1/2" high. These earrings are each marked HaH, Denmark and 925S. The clips hold securely.

Have a warm patina. Lightly hammered. There are a few very small nicks to the edges but they are not really noticeable because they are on the sides. Weigh 20 gr.

Have not found another example of this design. Fine work.

A reticulated sterling silver pendant of geometric elements and elongated bale, suspended from an .830 silver chain. Both bear the marks of H.C. Østrem of Drammen; it's very unusual to find a pendant by this maker with its original chain. The script maker's mark also is not often seen. This sterling enameled orchid brooch / pin has a vermeil finish with clear crystals and amethyst baguette stamens. It is hallmarked CoroCraft sterling. This orchid pin was designed by Adolph Katz in 1944. It is great vintage condition-virtually pristine and definitely spectacular. It measures 2 1/2" square.

Fabulous early silver necklace with round and baguette paste stones, and a huge cut glass center pendant framed by paste stones. 1900 - 1920. Possibly French. Not marked but tests positive for sterling silver. With a dainty slide clasp also set with stones. This stunning bracelet by Felipe Martinez has the most gorgeous Azur-Malachite stones in vivid shades of blue and green set in thick sculped links. Measures 6 5/8" long by 1" wide and weighs 76.7 grams. Hallmarked "Piedra y Plata, Martinez, Sterling, Taxco, 175" and the eagle 3. No damage noted, it has a secure clasp and attached safety chain. Martinez was known for his superb lapidary skills and this beautiful bracelet is a wonderful example of his work.

These great earrings are made by NAPEIR, during the 1950's-1960's. They were designed during NAPIER's sterling silver line that incorporated floral motifs and geometric shapes. They also introduced their modern design pieces with popular, mid-century Mexican and Scandinavian designs. They are clip backs and measure 7/8" x 1/4". They are marked NAPIER STERLING PAT. PEND. and PAT. NO: 154859 for 1950's. They are in excellent condition.

Circa mid-century, this bracelet was produced by Los Castillo. It's a hand-wrought piece with a large presence, composed of four curved sections. There are three pendant/dangles/pendulums attached to the center section, and each panel is separated by three spiral circles with oxidized recesses. Closure is a tight and secure tongue in box. An amazing modernist large sterling silver pendant with a 28" chain by Jens Peter Clausen Gudjonsson of Iceland. Signed JENS Handmade Iceland and 925S. Pendant measures about 3 5/8" long and 3" across at the widest. Thick sterling. Really stands out! Great example of Scandinavian modernist design.

This delicate, charming silver gilt bar pin features lavender guilloche enamel work surrounded by a thin border of black enamel and a milligrain-like textured edge. Three circles of white enamel grace each end of the pin. The pin bears the mark of Marius Hammer, Bergen, Norway (1847-1927), and dates to the early 20th century. The original C-clasp has been expertly replaced; the piece retains its original pin stem. It measures 1 5/8 inches long by a little over ¼ inch wide at the center.

This beautiful pendant has a cool design. It features a bezel-set Eilat gemstone. The top disk has a diameter of 1 1/8". The colorful stone has a diameter of 3/4". Next, there dangles 3 convex disks suspending (left to right) 2 1/2", 3", 2 1/2". This piece is in excellent condition.

Vintage pearl and sterling silver bracelet designed and signed circa 1950's by Taxco, Mexico modernist artist Antonio Pineda. Bracelet measures 6 1/4" long X 5/8" wide. Made of interlocking solid box links, this sterling silver chain has a sturdy feel and appears to have been hand-assembled. It has a novel W-shaped clasp. It is unmarked, but tests as sterling silver. The links are well designed and have a smooth, snake-like movement. The chain measures 26 ½ inches long, unclasped. Sterling silver cuff bracelet by Danish designer Arne Johansen set with a raised mounted square paua, or abalone, shell, which shimmers with iridescent greens and blues. The top portion of this incredible ring measures 1" in diameter. The ring towers to 1/4" above the finger.
