This sterling silver necklace was designed and signed (c.1940) by Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling (1900-67). The pendant measures 3 1/4" X 3 1/4" and can be worn as a brooch by easily detaching the 20" long sterling silver chain. The pendant with chain weighs 110 grams. A modernist brooch by noted mid century silversmith, Frances Holmes Boothby in Sterling Silver and Ebony. This large marlin measures 3 3/4" long and 1 1/2" tall. Lightly hammered. Marked fhb, Sterling on the back. Has a safety rollover clasp that holds tightly. Nice condition, just a few minor scratches and a little tarnish. A wonderful example of Mid Century Modern jewelry.

A bold bow pin enhanced with white chalcedony at the knot and in teardrops at the ribbon ends, with an unidentified maker’s mark of S within a C. The stones are securely mounted, exhibiting some wear -- tiny scratches and minor loss to the polished surface -- but no cracks or chips. The pin surface has a warm patina from age, with minor surface scratches. The clasp is very secure; the pin stem is slightly bent but in good working order...

Cini sterling Zodiac Taurus pin is 2 1/4 wide by 1 3/4" tall. It is Hallmarked STERLING BY CINI with a copyright symbol" in a rectangle box.

In 1979, Cini died. Late 1940s.

Hand made silver set of necklace and bracelet,c.1950's. Unsigned with soldered links, the necklace measures 14 3/4" long and the bracelet, 8". Modernist handmade large-scale necklace by WIGGERS, DENMARK, c.1960's. The applied top layer of modernist design is handmade silver and tiger eye and are atop two squares of silver-plate. Beautiful 1920s Chinese export Art Deco bracelet in gold washed sterling silver with four carved carnelian bi or pi disks mounted in pronged settings, with a box slide hidden clasp. I am also listing a similar pair of earrings from the same estate. Marked CHINA, SILVER, and also marked with a horse form hallmark. A sterling silver enamel military sweetheart brooch pin 1900-1920. This large, lavish Art Nouveau design 2-1/2" x 1-7/16" pin features subtle and lovely lavender enamel flowers and borders, and it is on a textured sterling ground. There is a soldered shield with a central maple leaf applied to the pin, and it has blackened borders around the details - I believe it is a World War One or a Boer War period sweetheart or wives brooch...

A vintage hand wrought brooch of lightly hammered sterling silver with a pearl bead by MCM studio jeweler, Toni Catanzaro. Looks like an abstract bird. Measures 2 1/2" across and 1 3/4" high.
