This wonderful 1940's, Mexican necklace consists of decorative, linked hearts that meet to form a pendant of 3 hearts with a central cone-shaped ornament. The hearts have a lovely, foliate, stamped, raised design complimented by a small, bezel set, turquoise cabochon (in different shades of blue and green). The necklace is 20” long. Each heart measures 5/8” x 5/8” (at its longest and widest). The central pendant, marked “MEXICO SILVER” on the back, measures 2” x 1 3/8”...

Beautiful dramatic handmade modernist necklace composed of sterling elements connected with brass or bronze links, with a very large bezel set onyx stone at the center. Not marked but the silver elements test positive for sterling silver. Circa 1960. Substantial at 162 grams. Wearable length is 21 inches. 2 inches wide in the center. Excellent condition. Silver lipstick cases / holders from Italy are not a rare occurrence yet how often do you come upon a signed Peruzzi example? As difficult to find as it is beautiful, this one has it all - the signature, the warm patina, the delicate floral etched decoration and tiny little sparkling red rhinestones at the center of each dainty flower. Even the tab that holds the pop-up mirror is shaped like a multi-petaled bloom. A collector's dream-come-true the case measures 2/3" wide and deep by 2 3/8" tall...

Measuring 27" long, this 940 sterling silver & copper necklace was designed c. 1940-50's by Taxco, Mexico artist Hector Aguilar (1905-86). The center disc is 1 1/2" wide graduating to 1/2" at the back. Weight is 124 grams. Beautiful condition & patina. Each disc is connected to the next with a silver rivet giving the design fluid movement. Signed TAXCO HA 940 eagle #9. A similar necklace is pictured on p. 140 of Silver Masters of Mexico by Penny Morrill.

We have a unique Los Ballesteros pectoral necklace with a drop of 2.75in.across and 2in. tall. The stone is a color changing synthetic that was widely used in the Spratling era by many tallers. The wearable length is just under 16in. Being a pectoral style the drop rests at just below the hollow of the neck and slightly tips outward making it very comfortable to wear. An extension is available if you desire to wear long instead of the pectoral length...

Beautifully worked and quite generous in size this late Victorian / Edwardian locket pendant is, I am assuming, a US-made piece since it is not hallmarked at all. Elegantly monogrammed on the back, it opens to reveal a glass-protected case for the photo of your loved one...

Circa mid-century, these earrings produced by Hector Aguilar are rarely seen. Each earrings has five turquoise cabochons with tiny silver beading and silver loops. They remind me of baskets of turquoise flowers with handles. They are in excellent vintage condition and are collector quality. They measure 13/16" x 11/16". Weight is 11.8 grams. Signed and hallmarked with the flared "HA", ".940 Taxco", and the eagle assay 9.

A vintage modernist sterling silver pendant by Elis Kauppi for Kupittaan Kulti Oy, Turku Finland. A three dimensional design with overlapping flowers.

Measures about 1 5/8" across and 1 7/8" high including the bale. In very nice condition with a dark patina, we did not polish it.

Marked with the Anvil, and 925S on one side of the bale and Finland on the other side. Fine example of Kauppi's work.

Vintage, stylish, organic shaped sterling clip earrings with oxidized areas by Arizona Modernist H. Fred Skaggs. Measuring 1 1/2" by 1 1/4", they weigh 11 grams total and are in fine original condition. Signed as shown. Interesting and unusual.

A vintage modernist pair of sterling silver earrings by Antonio Pineda, Taxco with onyx cabochons in the well known 'Comma' design.

Measure 3/4" at the widest and 1 1/4" high. One earring is marked with the Antonio crown and Silver. The other is marked 970, Eagle 17, and Hecho en Mexico. Screw backs hold securely.

These earrings have some very minor dings to the edges, surface scratches and some tarnish...

The bracelet is made from a single long piece of sterling that hooks in the front around a mottled reddish-brown bezel set cabochon. It measures about 7 1/2" around and 1/4" wide.
