Early 20th century silver and rhinestone or paste earrings, from Knoll & Pregizer in Pforzheim, Germany. K&P started up in 1887 and specialized in hand made sterling silver and imitation stones jewelry. The diameter of the little paste flowers is "1/4 / 8 mm, each with impressed KP shield mark and 925. Early LOS CASTILLO("#1" design) modernist mixed metal and obsidian bracelet, Mexico, c.1940. Beautifully constructed, there are two curved brass arms that connect to a circular piece of obsidian that turns freely. The brass arms are attached to the sterling locking ends. The obsidian stands 1 1/8" high and forms a very unusual and majestic modernist design. The bracelet measures 7 1/2" around. It is signed "LOS CASTILLO HECHO EN MEXICO 1 (eagle mark)15" and is in excellent condition...

A stunning vintage Mexican bracelet in sterling silver in the classic Fred Davis Chevron design. Featured in Mexican Silver, by Morrill and Berk on page 27. Measures approximately 7 7/8 " long and 1 1/8" wide. In very nice condition, has some minor scratches and a little tarnish. Marked Made in Mexico Sterling. Has a box clasp that snaps securely. The craftsmanship and construction on this bracelet point to Fred Davis' work. Pre Eagle, (1948). Looks great on!

Unusual early repoussed silver and amethyst pin, Mexico,c.1930. Very early, it is a combination of colonial and Taxco silver designs. Of good size and weight, it measures 3" wide by 1 1/4" wide and is signed "MEXICO SILVER". In good condition, but each silver ball has some dents. These sterling silver earrings have a great mod, geo design. They are by silversmith Miguel Garcia Martinez, a primary designer for Rancho Alegre, Taxco, Mexico. The turquoise stones are bezel-set in a tear-drop shape that matches the shape of the earrings (which are slightly concave). Both earrings are marked miguel (in script) and 231. They are also hallmarked RANCHO ALEGRE. They dangle 1 1/2" from their screwback closures. They are circa 1960s and are in excellent condition.

Famous NYC modernist Bill Tendler(1924-1981) made this sterling pin, c.1950's. The pin is signed "TENDLER STERLING" and is in excellent condition. It measures 1 7/8" at the widest point. Matilde Poulat signed her pieces with the hallmark Matl as this one is and it is an early mark. In the design we have her iconic birds and jeweled in the center with a gem quality amethyst representing a flower. There is a natural dark patina that has grown evenly over time. The size is medium large with the drop and lead in link being 4in. across and 3.25in. tall. Approximately 17.5 in. of wearable length. There is 92 grams of masterfully executed silver work on this treasure...

A vintage modernist pair of sterling silver earrings by Antonio Pineda, Taxco with onyx cabochons in the well known 'Comma' design.

Measure 3/4" at the widest and 1 1/4" high. One earring is marked with the Antonio crown and Silver. The other is marked 970, Eagle 17, and Hecho en Mexico. Screw backs hold securely.
