A vintage modernist sterling silver brooch and earrings by noted silversmith, Maxwell Chayat. Brooch measures 1 3/4" long and 1 1/2" wide. Has a rollover clasp that holds tightly. A sterling silver modernist Star of David by the Israeli jeweler, Rachel Gera. Pendant measures 3 1/2" long including the large bale and 1 3/4" across. Chain measures 24" long and closes with a spring clasp. Pendant is marked Handmade, Gera Israel and 925. Thick sterling, fine quality.
Sterling tie bar by William Spratling, Mexico, c.1945. With Mayan design, it measures 2 1/2" long, and is in excellent condition. Tie bar is signed "WS SPRATLING MADE IN MEXICO" & "SPRATLING SILVER".....$10 for insured USA shipping & applicable NY tax.
Our photos don't do justice to these bronze and sterling silver artisan-crafted earrings. The curved bronze crescent shapes are bisected by undulating sterling silver forms. Each earrings is completely hand crafted, with the exception of the sterling screw back mechanisms. Circa 1960s. From the posts to the bottoms, the earrings hang approximately 3". Marked "sterling" on the screw-backs.
A sterling silver heavy brooch with a floral overlay of hammered sterling by Georg Jensen USA. Measures 1 3/4" long and 1 1/2" across. Marked USA Georg Jensen Inc. Sterling Handwrought and 451. Closes with a rollover safety clasp that holds tightly. Has a little tarnish. Pin on the clasp has a slight bend in it. Well made, delicate hammering. Rare design.

Unique and audacious showpiece ring by Jens Asby of Copenhagen, Denmark, circa 1970s. The design is striking, as is all the work by this famed silversmith. The large, deep blue stone is held by an interesting bracket which is integral to the design. This open-ended sterling silver ring can be adjusted. A very well constructed pair of sterling silver and pearl cufflinks by Jean Lasnier. He was a member of the Metal Arts Guild between 1951-64 with many of the well known studio artisans of the Mid Century Modern jewelry movement. Cufflinks are made from two layers of curved sterling connected at the corners. They have an offset pearl attached to the under layer for a 3D effect. Measure 3/4" square. Toggles swivel. Exquisite hand made sterling sculpture, finished on front and back. This art pendant shows a nude man riding an animal(ibex?)holding a rope or ring in his hand by E. Silbert, c.1960's.
