A most elegant unsigned piece. The translucent glass stones shimmer in a rich red color. The stones are very interesting since the front side of the large square stones are beveled, while the under side of those stones are dome shaped with a carved checkerboard pattern. The spectacular appearance of this vintage couture necklace owes to its dazzling rainbow of colored glass bulbs dangling from a double linked gold plated chain. The bulbs are drizzled with gold for added bling. This necklace is most likely from the 1970s and used in a runway appearance for high end fashion models. A vintage modernist sterling silver cuff bracelet by Danish silversmith, Palle Bisgaard in a tiered curved shape. His torque necklace, part of this same line is included in the permanent collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. This is the widest version of this cuff, with an extra tier at the bottom edge.

Measures about 5 1/2" around with an opening of 1" and 3/4" at the widest. There does not appear to be much give so it is better for an average to slender wrist.

Formed as a dollar sign, this money clip is of a high quality in terms of thickness and workmanship. It bears the mark of R. Blackinton & Co., of North Attleboro, MA. This particular mark was reportedly used 1900-1967, so the piece is dated conservatively. There is also a number, 2555 H, on the back.
