A pair of hammered sterling silver buckles by Edward H. Breese, who worked in Chicago from 1921-1940.

Ed Wiener modernist abstract fish pin, c.1950s. The pin is made of sterling silver with copper bezel and coil with a rutilated quartz. The pin is in excellent condition and measures 2 1/2" x 2 1/8".

All of the 36 wonderfully matched square cut diamonds are channel set in an 18Kt white gold 2 millimeter wide eternity band. The size of the band is 5 ¾ and the approximate total weight of all the diamonds is 0.75Ct.

Superb craftsmanship and quality materials give this Hobe piece the allure of real gemstones and gold. The crystals are faceted and clear backed. This brooch which converts to a pendant, is the essence of the fine work evident in old Hobe pieces. 1 3/4" long, including dangles and 1 1/4" wide.

This Alexander Korda 'Thief of Bagdad' cloaked rider pin is silver colored base metal. This pin is considered a masterpiece of costume jewelry some of which were produced by Rice Weiner inspired by Korda's 1940 film.

Featured on page 28 of the book SILVER MASTERS OF MEXICO by penny Morrill, this is the Hector Aguilar Fertility Bracelet with Dimpled Dots. It is in 940 silver and c.1940. One of his most well known designs, this bracelet measures 7 1/2" end to end, is 1" wide and weighs 102 grams. It has a pin closure. One of the dots in one of the domes is punched out. It is visible in the photo. I believe this is original to the making of the bracelet.Signed for Hector Aguilar as shown. A classic HA bracelet.

This lovely necklace is 17" long. It consists of sterling silver links (each 7/8" long) that meet to display a decorative bordered Eilat stone (the national stone of Israel: "The King Solomon Stone"). The colorful stone (greens and blues), set in sterling, has a diameter of 3/4". The drop itself measures 1 3/4" x 1 1/8". The back is marked 925. This piece is in excellent condition. The necklace has a single chain and hook clasp.

A lovely Art Nouveau 14K yellow gold ring set with an oval brilliant-cut citrine. The setting is particularly elegant. The stone is flanked on either side by a golden fuschia blossom. Dramatic & eye catching, this vintage 1950's onyx & sterling silver bracelet was designed by Taxco, Mexico artist Antonio Pineda. Weighing a hefty 149 grams the bracelet has a wearable length of 7 inches. Each link is 1 1/2" wide. The deep black stones are in fine condition & gleam in the light as the wrist moves. A nice pair of vintage 14K yellow gold cufflinks, the faces designed as a pair of discs joined by a diamond-shaped reserve. Each of the discs is engraved in a starburst motif, while the reserves feature oval star sapphire cabochons. The sapphires have good translucency and even, grayish-blue coloring. This reasonably priced elegant estate platinum and diamond engagement ring from the 1960-s is centered by a 1.65Ct marquise diamond. The non certified diamond has H color and I1 clarity. The center stone is flanked on either side by a tapered diamond baguette. The approximate total weight of the baguettes is 0.20Ct, which would bring the total weight of all diamonds to 1.86Ct. The ring is a size 4 ¾ and can easily be sized.

A vintage 14K white gold navette-shaped cocktail ring, set with round brilliant cut diamonds and round blue sapphires. The diamonds are I/J color and I1 clarity. The sapphires are graded as medium-dark blue color and eye-clean clarity. The inside of the shank is stamped 14K.

This is a very early work from Sigi Pineda, and dates to the early 1950's when he first opened his own shop. The shop was named "Plateros", later renamed "Sigi".
