I am not sure as to the authorship of the loose dry landscape on the reverse, which might be later and by a totally unrelated hand...

It was purchased near Baton Rouge, Louisiana and the reverse framing paper shows what appears to be a Houston, Texas address. Condition is excellent with no stains or foxing.
