Oil on canvas still life painting, 16" by 20" and 22 1/2" by 26" framed, the subject several ceramic objects, including an oriental figure, an elephant, and a lustrous plate. The painting is signed at lower right "Elsie Crosam" or "Crosom", "Creson", or similar. The piece would be an excellent practice work for a budding restorer as there is a major rip in the center, as shown; or you might buff up the frame a bit and use it with another painting. There is light wear on it.

A watercolor painting of a tall pagoda, 20 1/2" by 11" (24 3/4" by 15" framed), signed at lower right by artist JI WON CHANG and dated 1968. This being a common Chinese name, it is difficult to tie this work to a particular artist, and there are no apparent auction records under this name. Nevertheless we see a competently created work, in a difficult to master medium; consider the complex fleshing-out of the tower's detail...

A poster issued in 1968 by the Galerie Bradtke of Luxembourg, to celebrate an exhibition of the works of Spanish modern artist LUIS MOLNE (1907-1970). The poster is issued with a patronage by the Prince of Monaco, Prince Rainier, husband of Grace Kelly. The image features a young girl, the predominant colors blues and brown. I would think this a serigraph rather than lithograph. Condition appears to be excellent (not examined out of frame)...

Oil on canvasboard painting of a young girl, in the style of Margaret Keane and the "Big Eyed School" of the period, 24" by 18", unframed. The work is signed, charmingly, at lower right "Grandpa Friedman" and is dated there "64". The board is curved---a bit concave, or convex, as you might put it---but otherwise the painting is in good condition. A nice addition to your mid century Retro collection.

A soldered metal figural group sculpture apparently depicting a military charge in modern context. By Outsider/Brutalist Artist Franklin E. Wurster. Signed "Frank Wurster" and titled "The Race". Metal sculpture by Swedish artist Puck Stocklassa (1922-2014)) of two figures on a horse, figures with matte black surface on rectangular wood stand with artist information on bottom. Measures 9" wide, 9 5/8" high, and 3" deep, these measurements include the stand. The figure alone is roughly 8 3/4" wide, 7 1/2" high and 2 1/8" deep. The metal appears to be copper, as it shows through in some small areas where the black surface is worn...

For the Hawaiiana fans, here is a clean Hale Pua anthuriums print, 13 3/4" by 10 3/4" (24 1/2" by 20 1/2" framed). Close up magnification shows it to be some kind of later photo of an original airbrush painting, I believe (offset printing-type dots visible with a magnifier). The color seems to be just printed on rather than airbrushed, the signature, likewise. You need a magnifying glass to tell the difference...
