It is in overall good condition with minor frame rubbiing on bottom left. Riley". If we assume that this be the artist, I am unable to find a listing for such a name. The style suggests a date of circa 1870's...

Mansson was a prolific painter of country and farm scenes in southern Sweden. There does not seem to be a lot of biographical information available, but he left behind a body of work focusing on rural scenes of his native land. This example is quite typical of the country paintings, and it displays his evident affection for the land...

It is in good condition, has been relined long ago, and is 34.2cm H by 23.1cm H. It is in an antique frame with outer dimensions of 47.3cm W by 36.8cm H. Paintings by ribera sell for up to 4.5 Million USD.

‏Oil on canvas painting of snowy high mountain framed by a lake and trees, unusually large size for the artist's works at 20" by 36" (24 1/2" by 40 1/2" framed). Although unsigned (and Detreville's output frequently WAS unsigned), the handling, subject matter and color palette almost certainly suggest the hand of the noted California painter. I have owned and sold other unsigned paintings as being by Detreville, and I will stand by this one being by him as well...
