Typed paper stapled to the reverse of the work reads “x515 Original English oil on panel - a floral still life of iris, peonies and delphiniums By Eva Wedlow”. A portrait of an elderly man is on the reverse of the panel. Eva Wedlow was a ‘flower society painter’ of the 1920’s, highly considered by aristocrats at the time.

A soothing contemporary oil on canvas painting of a mule-drawn cart and its rider on a dirt track in the tropical forest, 19 1/2" by 27 1/2", unframed, signed at lower right by artist Fernando Danni or "Darni".
