Hand signed in pencil by the artist. The image measures 6 1/2X9 1/2 inches. This imag appears in the Wuerth catalog as image number 114. Printed on a medium weight wove type sheet. Chelsea Bridge is a bridge over the River Thames in west London.

Stephen Parrish, American, 1846-1938, etching, "Sunset, Gloucester Harbor", image size: 4 7/8 x 8 3/4 inches, 1880, cat. Schneider 40, SP number 40, first state of two, pencil signed. A beautiful, rich impression, Parrish makes excellent use of plate tone to imbue the scene with atmosphere. The second state, which has much less ink in the sky and sea, was later published in American Etchings.
