This seems to be a scarce work, as I see only two other examples after an online search. Those two were pencil signed by the artist and numbered out of an edition of 100. So we can assume that this was a limited edition...

Decorative old engraving of early New York, printed in Paris, circa 1850, with quality contemporary framing and hand drawn mat lines. This lovely print is ready to hang in your traditional fine interior. The print is exceptionally clean and fresh as is the mat (photo shows what appears as a scratch in glass at upper left, it was simply foreign matter I removed easily after the photo). The work bears a label of Summa Gallery, Brooklyn Heights, New York. Measurements 12 1/4" by 13 1/4".

TWO antique, original (not reproduction) lithograph prints with hand coloring, one titled "Interior of Greek Church of the Holy Sepulchre Jerusalem April 11, 1839", the other "Citadel of Jerusalem without the walls", by noted English artist and Middle Eastern traveler DAVID ROBERTS (1796-1864). The print (Hollstein catalogue raisonne #133) is titled "Feiernde und Tanzende Junge Paare" (roughly, "Celebrating and Dancing Young Couples"). It measures 12" by 15 3/8" inside the present mat and the piece is 18 1/2" by 24 3/4" in the contemporary strip gold framing...

Figura is known for his aquatints on paper and silk, featuring scenes of the Tyrolean Alps, Venice, other European locales, and even New York and elsewhere in the United States...

James Abbott McNeill Whistler 1834-1903 American This is an original etching by American artist James Whistler. The title is: "La Marchande de Moutarde" It was part of the series titled: "The French Set", published and printed in 1858. This etching is signed lower left corner of the image, printed on a thin Japan type laid paper. According to the Glascow catalog this is state V/V before the plates cancellation. The image measures 6 1/4X3 1/2 inches.

Japanese limited edition copperplate etching titled “Lake Landscape” by Tanaka Ryohei (1933-2019). Pencil-signed, dated '99, and numbered 37/150 in the lower margin. The title in kanji and the number 630 is at the bottom left margin. Paper: 10 3/16" x 11 7/8" (image: 6 1/2" x 8"). Very good overall condition with only a tiny bend in the very edge of the upper left margin. Never framed.

A truly beautiful circa 1890 print of elegant Parisians strolling past and perusing the famous Bouquiniste bookstalls along the banks of the Seine River, not signed in plate nor in pencil but certainly by a listed or even important and well-known artist. To date, reverse image searches and other internet research have, frustratingly, not revealed the identity of that artist. There are no watermarks...
