This would appear to be a posthumous signature by a relative after the artist's death. This example measures 4 1/4" by 6 1/4" inside the mat and 11 1/4" by 13 1/4" framed. The print appears to be in generally good condition with some scattered foxing, especially in the margin area...

Internationally acclaimed artist Bruce Onobrakpeya (b. 1932 ) produced this expressionistic image of a black fishes during one of his earlier periods of artistic expression in 1963. The serigraph depicts gold fish swimming in a pond or lake expressing, perhaps, the beauties of African natural life. A very fine engraving by the 17th Century artist Hollar measuring 5”. 7” and framed size is 11” x 15”……. Winter is one of the most recognized works of Bohemian engraver Wencesclaus Hollar (1607­–1677). It is the final image in a series of etchings portraying each of the four seasons as embodied by a female figure. In Winter, the woman is almost entirely covered by layers of furs and warm fabrics, staving off seasonal frigid temperatures...
