THREE circa 1960's gouache on heavy paper abstract drawings, unframed, each 24" by 18", each signed at lower right "Greene". The works definitely seem to have some age as the reverse side of the paper is brown and vintage. I cannot connect these to any particular artist so offer them as decorative mid-century works. Condition is excellent, with just one edge nick on one drawing. Each is in a protective-only plastic poster box...

A watercolor painting of flowers (perhaps, zinnias) in a vase on a tabletop, painted in an impressionist manner, and signed at lower right by artist "Cara dee" or similar. The work measures 18 3/4" by 14 3/4" as framed. All photos taken through detail-dulling non-glare glass. Condition is excellent.

Maki's Emanation series may well have been 100 different images. This is an early one. It shows a young man ready to grope a woman’s breasts. Who is the man and who is the woman? Adam and Eve? Maki and his wife? Maki and another woman? It measures 16" x 16". Here I show images of the current emanation and single images of other prints in the Emanation series. The last frame is Emanation 100.

Brown chalk drawing of a mother and child, 11 1/2" by 7" (14 1/2" by 10" framed) signed at lower right by artist MAXIM BUGZESTER (1910-1978). A **PAIR** of mid century offset prints after earlier works by the famous Russian-French Jewish artist MARC CHAGALL (1887-1985) These prints are both hand signed in blue ballpoint pen in margins by Chagall at lower right (considered what is called a "complimentary signature"), perhaps at a special gallery or printer event. They appear to have been framed in the 1950's or 1960's at latest and remain sealed since then. I believe the signatures to be authentic and will stand by that being the case...

Circa 1965 red free form metal sculpture on a black wooden base by George Curtis (1923-2010). Curtis developed a unique way of creating freedom as opposed to formal structure sculptures. Using a 5 gallon pail filled with water and potatoes, he would melt scrap aluminum and pour it into the pail. The result was an unvisualized form that humans have never seen before, a representation of the shape of spaces and caverns between objects. Measures 15" high.

This is a hand painted original work, the subject a newly married couple, he in Edwardian (??) formal coat and medals and monocle, she in traditional white with a corsage. The image was either intentionally cut out by the artist and pasted onto a board which was in turn pasted onto a light green silky surface, or someone has subsequently decided on this presentation. Currently the figures therefore stand out in something of a three dimensional manner from the background...

A colorful set of African scenes. The medium appears to be oil on paper. Two are signed by Gallin, one is signed Bonnaie, another Hona (?)and the last Dzio(?). The frames show some wear and chipping and one picture is missing its glass but is protected by a plastic sheet.
