Certainly the finest and most decorative vintage chocolate box we've come across! This is a c1930s-40s (we think) paper wrapped box with an applied print of two kittens on the top. The textured paper wrap is wallpaper thick with lush gold highlights, and this box has a gold Urney applique. A brilliant true chromolithograph for Southdown tobacco by Macnil-Zimmer-McGill Tobacco Company, Petersburg, VA USA Registerd US Patent Office. Super nice condition with a printing flaw in the S of Southdown where the red did ink did not cover its assigned space. Framed in heavy oak frame with bubble glass. The picture was difficult to photograph, so you see glare in the image. This image and ad are well above average. Dimension: 13" x 13"

An antique pair of Niagara falls souvenir milk glass spills or mantle vases. These vintage 6" inch tall vases have sprayed-on green colour and hand painted scenes of the falls with thickly dabbed white "foam". The legend SOUVENIR OF NIAGARA FALLS is painted in gold, and these vases show the roughness, straw marks and flaws typical of such souvenir ware.
