An interesting selection of barbed wire of the Early West dating from 1872 to 1884, the board titled at top "THE WIRE THAT FENCED THE WEST"; samples are identified in handwriting by type. Some of the early barbed wire is quite scarce and rare; collectors know what is and what is not. All in all, excellent memorabilia for the aficionado of the Early West.
