The book has the ad after page 631 and "Moses" rather than "Titian's Moses" in the frontispiece, indicating an early state. I am not a book specialist so am pointing out characteristics that I see suggest rarity and early state...

Reference book with 227 pages and 30 heliogravures and chromolithographs and more than 120 illustrations in the text. Large quarto pages loose in portfolio, pages uncut. Condition: not complete, the Nos. XXXI and XXXII of the heliogravures and chromolithographs are missing, so are the text pages 113 to 120. Some foxing on pages. Dimension: c. 38 cm x 29 cm.
