Rare hardbound copy of the Pall Mall Illustrated Magazine, edited by Lord Frederic Hamilton. Staining on the frontispiece, title and index pages; front half of the book has light staining on the edges.

Henry Noel Humphreys, "Parables of our Lord" printed 1847, New York,D. Appleton edition. 2000 of these books were printed in 1947 and, of those, 1000 were printed with D. Appleton title page. Front and Back book covers are made of Paper-Mache boards covered with elaborately carved black plaster. 31 pages plus the title page are multi-colored chromolithographed, illuminated with each page having a different design...

A 7 x 3-1/2" curved card stereoview or stereo card depicting an Alaska Goldrush scene. Issued by B.L. Singley in 1900, this is number 9256 - "A HALT BY THE WAYSIDE, EN ROUTE TO KLONDIKE". It has an orange face and pink backing, with a quote by John P. Clum, USPO Inspector and Lecturer. The image shows a reclining prospector under his draped tent with his buddy cookin' up some vittles...

An attractive 5-3/8 x 3-1/2" genuine photograph postcard c1910, featuring a cute baby girl with a full-size doll in a fur-trimmed outfit standing on a wonderfully ornate Victorian chair. This card has a great sepia tint, and it is unadressed; it has the DURA STUDIOS mark. It has a pencilled inscription 46782 MARRELL IM A(?) (photographer's notation) and BARBARA MERRELL WELLINGTON...

A motorcycle & sidecar tintype circa 1905 with a historic view. This scarce, very early photograph is on a late tintype (photo on treated metal blank) and this 2-3/8 x 1-5/8" (view area) image consists of a young motorcycle rider astride the bike with a rather concerned-looking grandma in the sidecar. Three other ladies stand behind her, and there is an Edmonson's Red Seal Toffee pail in the middle of the road (road hazards were a little different in those days...)...

Unsigned hand-tinted photograph of a stream/pond scene. Image size is 5 7/8 by 3 3/4 inches, mat size is 9 5/8 by 7 5/8 inches. Framed size is 10 1/2 by 8 1/2 inches. Condition is good with a water stain on left side of mat near frame, small white spot on mat in upper right of image. Pre-1940, original frame and backing, very minor damage to lower right frame corner. Horizontal coloration difference is due to lighting when taking photo of framed work, not a flaw.

This is a Japanese military map of North Asia dated 25th/29th July, 12 Year of Showa reign. This is translated to the 12th year of Emperor Hirohito’s reign. He became emperor in 1926 and died in 1989. Add the 12 year to 1926 that translate the map dating to 1938. This is a general Japanese military map of North Asia of the Japanese troop deployment and the armies that they are fighting against...

Offered is a lovely, double, gutta-percha photograph case holding two mid 19th century, Civil War Era tin types of two different women.

The double gutta-percha case measures 2.5 inches wide x 3 inches long x .75 inches deep when closed, and 5 inches wide when opened. The case appears to be in excellent condition!

The two cased tin types are each further framed within different press-molded, thin, ornate, brass frame and behind a little pane of glass...
