A trinket box made from Bog Oak - a partially fossilized wood formed as a result of immersion in Irish peat bogs for approximately 5000 years. The wood has been turned and finely carved with Shamrock leaves and a central Trinity Harp and was made in Ireland in the second half of the 19th Century during the reign of Queen Victoria. Condition: excellent - no damages or losses. 7.5cm (3 inches) diameter; 6cm (2.3 inches) high.

Stunning cut glass compote from the brilliant period. I can't find a signature, but I'm sure its identifiable to an expert on patterns. It measures 8" tall x 6" diameter at the bottom, and has a tear drop stem. There is one TINY flake at the top, but other than that it looks to be in perfect condition.

Hard paste decorated Meissen porcelain cup and saucer made in Dresden, Germany in the late 19th Century. The overall decoration is of springtime floral bouquets and garlands with gold leaf decoration around the lip of the cup as well as the rim of the saucer.
