Letter opener hand made of sterling, brass, and copper by Los Castillo, Mexico, c.1940. Well executed married metals design on front and back comprise the top of the piece. It is signed "LOS CASTILLO TAXCO STERLING MEXICO #58" and was made before the bellmark system was instituted by the Mexican gov't. in 1947. Made of heavy gauge silver, it measures 6 1/2" long and is in good condition except for the tip which has wear from use...

Hazel Atlas Green Mixing Bowl 5.75". Pictured in "Kitchen Glassware", 3rd Ed., Pg. 83, by Florence & Whitmyer. Made before the 1960's, in mint condition. Has logo embossed on bottom.

This porcelain covered box was produced in Germany by Meissen in the mid 20th century. Is has a diameter of 3 1/2 inches and is 2 1/2 inches high. The porcelain is the finest quality ever made. It is beautifully hand painted with a spray of colorful and realistic flowers. There are sprigs of flowers dotting the lower half of the box. The rims are trimmed with heavy gilding. Condition: Excellent. This is a first quality piece.

An original and probably unique terracotta blacksmith by Royal Doulton figure modeller - Peggy Davies who, in her early years, was an assistant to Clarice Cliff. This item was probably made circa 1955 - 1960 and carries an incised signature on the base. Condition - the hammer is missing from the right hand as is a piece of the iron held in his left hand. There are surface marks which we have not tried to clean. There are no cracks and no restoration...

Six(6) Vintage Clear Crystal Wine Glasses, 1960's, 4 7/8" high, 3" diameter(top rim), clear cut of vines wraped around, and the condition is good.

Iris & Herringbone was originally made by Jeannette Glass Company from 1928 to 32 during the depression. This pair of porcelain swans was produced in the United States by Lenox between 1930 and 1960. They measure 4 3/4 inches long and 3 1/8 inches high. The porcelain swan forms a little cup like vessel in which to hold nuts or mints. The porcelain is molded in the shape of a swan with graceful neck and defined feathers. It is colored salmon pink. The edges of the wing, tail and feet are accented with gold. Condition: Excellent

Old Kalaga from Myanmar (now Burma) featuring an unusual but colorful bird. The kalaga is embroidered with a combination of metallic and plain threads, sequins, beads and glass stones. Applied around the bird in a circle are glass-like stones that give the appearance of moonstones. In very good antique/vintage condition, it measures about 14.25 inches square. Circa 1950's or earlier.
