Three Water Droppers from Japan. Two droppers show a boy holding a red snapper fish which is symbolic of good luck. The third dropper has Hotei's bag holding the water. Hotei is the god of contentment and happiness, and his bag holds an inexhaustible cache of treasures. The standing boy measures about 3" high x 1 3/4" wide. The riding boy measures about 3" x 1 3/4" high. The bag with pot measures about 3 1/2'wide x 2" tall. All three droppers date to the early 20th Century...

Japanese Red Lacquer Sake Dish, Meiji period, Ca. 1900, 6 1/4" diameter, 1 1/2" high, representing Japanese Makie Lacquer techniques used, Gold Castle, Silver Lacquered wall, trees and Mountains with peaceful fishing boat in the lake. Hongshan Jade Pregnant Alien or Mother Goddess Figure Pendant. Nice kneeling figure with giant almond shaped alien eyes . The stone brown on the back black on the front and well formed tremolite growth showing the strands of the mineral. The biconically drilled suspension holes show heavy wear use and smoothing of the sculptures back indicating extended wear by someone in ancient times. Collected in HK 1980-1995 size over 1.75" H 1.25" wide
