This set of 6 porcelain tea cups and saucers was produced in Germany by Nymphenburg in the 1940s or 1950s. The saucers are 4 7/8 inches in diameter and the cups are 1 3/4 inches high. The fine translucent porcelain has a molded swirl pattern. They are hand painted with Dresden type floral painting in vivid colors. Condition: Excellent

Six(6) English Crown Staffordshire Porcelain Demitasse Cups and Saucers, cup-1 1/4" high, 2 1/8" diameter-top rim and saucer-3/4" high, 4 7/8" diameter with Primrose design, marked "Crown Staffordshire, Made in England" in green and name of pattern is "Maytime" in brown on the bottom. One(1) cup has old glaze hairline across the bottom continue to top rim and small frit on the rim outside but I did not see any hairline inside the cup.

Lovely figurine of a little boy holding a blue onion cup with his toy horse at his feet. Signed with the Meissen crossed swords, the figurine measures 6 3/8" tall and is in perfect condition.

These 3 porcelain figurines were produced in Germany by Hutschenreuther in the late 1940s. They are about 4 inches tall. They are made of hard paste porcelain that has a slight cream tinge. The cherubs are standing on gilded balls. They are well modeled with fine detail with a strong art deco influence. Each one is playing a musical instrument. They are a jolly little trio. This Palissy Ware center or serving piece has 3 clam styled bowls for serving condiments or food. They have a Jun Yao style of coloring of mottled blue and green with dabs of purple in the interior; outer walls are painted with ochre streaks. The body is encrusted with shells and bocage evoking colorful visions of the sea.

Underside is marked Made in Portugal 201A...

Wonderful early vase by Pierre Greber, dating from around 1935, in excellent condition. This unusual vase is 8 1/2" high and is very reminiscent of Charles Greber's Art Nouveau pieces. It is signed with the "Greber" incised signature in script Pierre borrowed from his uncle.

This is a Swedish National Museum publication from 1975 devoted to the artisans and products made by the Gustavsberg factory. Profusely illustrated in black and white. Swedish text, but an invaluable reference guide because of the illustrations. Excellent condition.

A drop shaped small dish, three-legged and with painted decoration of a Camargue pony horse. Provence, France, possibly Vallauris, 1950's and signed GG. Width "6½/ 16,5 cm, height "1/ 2,5 cm. Condition: fine.

This porcelain and metal dresser box was produced in France by Tharaud Limoges before 1930. It has a double mark which signifies that the porcelain and the decoration were done in the factory. The box has a gilded metal frame and foot. We don't know what the metal is. It measures 5 1/4 inches across and 3 1/2 inches high. The decoration on the lid is bold and striking in the art deco manner. The stylized flowers and abstract lines melt and flow into each other...

This porcelain bowl was produced in Copenhagen, Denmark by the Royal Copenhagen factory in the mid 20th century. It is marked with the inventory number 2710. The bowl measures 5 inches high and has a diameter of 9 3/4 inches. It features a fine crackle glaze that was inspired by ancient Asian porcelains. The exterior of the bowl is orange and the interior of the bowl is gray. A band of gold trims the foot and inside the rim. The shape of this bowl is simple and aesthetically pleasing...

Wonderful size and design, this mid century modernist tile is by Sylvia Leuchovius (Sweden 1915-2003) for Rorstrand Ceramic company, where she created numerous whimsical and creative objects from functional and industrial to art objects. Measures 11 3/8" square and 1/2" deep. Sylvia designed for the Atelje line at Rorstrand, during the production of fine Swedish design for the modern taste, and most objects were made in limited numbers. This ceramic wall plaque was produced in France at the Manufacture Nationale de Sevres in 1928. The artist is Adrian August Leduc. His painted signature is on the back of the plaque as well as an impressed mark. It measures 11 ¼ inches in diameter and is 1 ½ inches deep. The design is abstract and high relief. There are rows of white circles with gray accents. There is wonderful texture to the surface...

Measuring 15.25 inches in diameter and 5.25 inches high, this magnificent and absolutely HUGE, C1920, Ohio-made, yellow ware, spongeware mixing bowl or water basin features fabulous blue sponging and is much more striking “in person” than the photos were able to capture.

The bowl sits on a 1/2” footed base and has a lovely turned edge rim. It has glaze crazing typical of an 85+ year old piece of pottery but no cracks, chips or hairlines...

This really pretty Dresden Duchess 8 1/2 Inch Round Serving Bowl was made by Harker China. This Bowl measures 2 1/4 inches high and is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or scratches. The decoration and gold trim is all very good. There is some crazing in the glaze indicative to the old china. It does not take away from the beauty of this piece. Charming Art Deco child's porcelain cup and saucer decorated with transfer scenes depicting "Little Boy Blue". The outside of the cup is decorated on both sides and there is a small scene on the interior, as well. The saucer has three matching small pastoral scenes. The rims and handle are decorated with gilding.

Origin: probably England, ca. 1930. Condition: excellent, normal glaze crackling, no chips or cracks. Size: cup, 2-1/2" tall; saucer, 5-1/2" diameter.
