The plates measure 9 7/8 inches inches in diameter. They are decorated with a factory transfer with hand painted accents. They are surrounded by fine, lacy gilding of tiny vines and flowers. Bands of embossed gilding trim the rims and around the center of the plates...

This really pretty Dresden Duchess 7 Inch Salad Plate was made by Harker China. This Plate is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or scratches. The decoration and gold trim is all very good. This porcelain figurine was produced in Denmark by Bing & Grondahl between 1948 and 1951. The base is impressed with the signature of the renowned artist, Dahl Jensen. It has a model number, 1628. The peacock measures 15 inches long and 7 1/2 inches high. The modeling is well done, with excellent detail. The figurine is hand painted in natural colors. His pose displays his regal splendor. DESCRIPTION: A lovely set of five red clay Mexican earthenware nesting bowls, dating from the 1950's. The bowls are decorated in fluid strokes of blue between blue line borders on a white/cream ground. The interiors have a line of blue around the inner circumference with dollops of green glaze. This set of 10 porcelain soup cups and saucer was produced in England by Royal Worcester in 1925. The date ciphers on the bottom indicate that year. They were made especially for the retailer Marshall Field of Chicago. All of the pieces are artist signed by renowned Worcester painters. Two of them are E. Phillips and A. Freeman. The saucers have a diameter of 5 3/4 inches and the cups are 2 inches high not counting the handles...

A French Vallauris dish by Cerenne, with black, silky glaze. Decoration in bright enamels of a gardener with his tools and flower pots.The back with impressed Vallauris mark and painted MC (painters signature) and Cerenne Vallauris. Cerenne (=CRN) was the signature used by one of the largest ceramic workshops in Vallauris, led by Charles René Roger Neveux. Diameter "8¾/ 22,5 cm. Condition: small rubbing to the glaze just outside the right flower.

A creamware dinner plate with shaped edge, elaborate painted lattice border on the rim and good “Chinese scene” decoration to the body of the plate. Though it is unmarked it is almost certainly English from the late18th century. The color is deep cobalt blue and the execution very good. 10 inch (25.5 cm) diameter.

Condition: no chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs. Looks almost new with very little wear.

Very large vase by Pierre Greber, dating from around 1950 when he produced his famous "bronzed ceramics", with a metallic glaze on a black background. This vase in excellent condition measures approximately 11 1/2" high and is signed with the incised "Greber" signature Pierre borrowed from his uncle Charles.
