Gilded sterling silver and blue enamel sauce ladle by David Andersen, the noted Norwegian silversmith and designer. Stamped on the reverse of the twisted handle '925' and with the mark used by David Andersen from 1924-1939. Size: 5.75 inches length. Condition: excellent, with no damage.

This is a stunning cast brass Virginia Metalcrafter Louis XVI inkwell and stand. It is 9 1/2" long by 3" tall x 6" wide. We do have the correct inkwell and cap ( also marked Virginia Metalcrafters).

Patinated bronze vase by Danish designer Just Andersen (1884-1943). Simple and beautiful Déco design, the shape reminding of the petals of an opening flower. Small engraving to one side of the foot-rim. Marks: GAB (a Swedish company for which Just Andersen worked from c 1930), "brons" and model number 212. Height "5½/ 14 cm. Condition: some wear (scratch marks) as seen on pictures.

Being offered is a rare and charming circa 1950 sterling silver pitcher by Los Castillo of Taxco, Mexico. Handcrafted modernist form, perfect size for the bar or elsewhere, with a hand carved wooden handle. Dimensions: 7 inches tall by 4 1/2 inches diameter; 7 inches from handle to spout. No monogram. Marked as illustrated on the photo. In excellent condition. Great weight.

A very fine Edwardian sterling silver powder box with guilloche enamel in translucent ivory. The lid is decorated with a elegantly colorful painted enamel bouquet of wildflowers tied with a blue ribbon and the sides with complementary floral sprigs. The gilt interior is stamped with Imperial Austrian hallmarks and the master silversmith's for Georg Adam Scheid...

A vintage sterling silver figural jigger by Gorham, the sides marked off with enameled stoplights in green, yellow and red meant to signify "go," "caution," and "stop." Each light corresponds to the 1, 2-1/2, and 3-1/2 ounce markings on the jigger's bottom. The bottom is hallmarked by Gorham.

A sterling silver Blossom bowl from Georg Jensen in Copenhagen, Denmark. Measures about 8" by 5 5/8" by 2". Marked on bottom as shown. Beautifully crafted, fine vintage example.

A sweet sterling silver baby ring and teething rattle. The central silver piece shows a clock face where hands can be engraved to indicate the time of birth along with the date, year and the infant's weight. The back side can be engraved with the baby's name. The rattle is suspended in a lucite faux mother-of-pearl teething ring. These rattles are very difficult to find with no monograms or other engraving.

Arts & crafts period copper dish by Gorham, c.1852-1865. It is signed: "GORHAM CO. Y126 (anchor in lozenge) and additional mark" and measures 9 1/2" by7 1/4" 1" high. It has a bronze color patina with some dark spots. There is a slight bend that can easily be straightened out on an edge. Spratling designed this extraordinary pair of sterling wall sconces in the 1950's. Hand forged in sterling silver, each sconce measures 7 1/4" high X 7 1/4" across. Total weight of the pair is 300 grams. The sunburst composition is reminiscent of the sterling silver necklace Spratling designed for cosmetic entrepreneur & philanthropist Helena Rubenstein in the 1940's. The sconces are in beautiful vintage condition. Both are signed WILLIAM SPRATLING TAXCO MEXICO, eagle 30.

Italian silver gilt grand-tour bell, ca 1920. Figural handle in form of piping faun with puffed out cheeks and hoofed and hirsute hindquarters. Based on Greek statuette excavated in Pompeii and today in the National Archaeological Museum in Naples. Marked. Very good condition with nice toning.
