A vintage sterling silver Caddy spoon by William Spratling with a lightly hammered finish and shovel design. This spoon is from the first design period.

Measures 3 5/8" long and 1 1/2" across. Dates from before 1946. Marked with the script 'WS' surrounded by Spratling Made in Mexico, and Spratling Silver. Marks show some wear. Has minor wear to the surface appropriate to the age, some tarnish and surface scratches.

An unmarked but Arts and Crafts period bud vase with a square and austere silver plated base and a hand blown and pulled square glass vase insert with a flared neck c1890-1900. This vase measures 7/8" across the base and it stands 6" high; it has all of the handcrafted style expected in the Arts and Crafts European style of this era. A handsome set of four sterling silver salt dips with cobalt blue glass liners. The silver walls are intricately pierced in the 18th century style and are raised on scrolled feet. The salts have fitted cobalt blue glass liners. The salts are fully hallmarked for Birmingham, 1934 and have an unidentified maker’s mark “WA” in a shield.
