This is a rare and beautiful console set made by Victor Durand's Vineland Glass Company, around 1925. The set consists of a large footed bowl and a pair of matched candlesticks. Each of the pulled-feather decorated pieces has an ambergris-colored foot. The bowl is 10 1/4 inches wide at the top and 5 1/4 inches tall. Each candlestick is 5 inches wide and 3 1/4 inches tall...

This porcelain plate was produced in England by Royal Worcester in 1926. The diameter of the plate is 9 1/4 inches. The central fruit painting is signed William Dee. He was an artist renown for his fruit painting. The plate is made of fine bone china. The entire surface of the plate is covered with intricate gilding. The center of the plate is ivory colored and the border is apple green. The fruits in the center are realistic and quite vivid...

This Murano Glass modern expression is typical of the Flavio Poli vessel and animal designs for Seguso Vetri d'Arte in the 1940's and 1950's. There are many references to the modern forms with multiple sommerso layers of controlled bubbles and a generous layer of gold leaf by Flavio Poli.
