Circa 1925 antique or vintage (about 100 years old!) framed ornate manuscript style ode to the home and house, from the writings of poet and author Maurine Hathaway, with gilt background and intriguing spots of color, measuring 10 1/2" by 9 1/2" fully opened out. The piece is hinged in the middle so is meant to stand on its own on a table top. I do not believe the color and gilt hand applied, though, it gives that appearance.
