This is attributed to Wu Changshuo calligraphy style and signed as his work, can't confirm as his handwriting and calligraphy, it is old to me, please consult expert before ordering, we are no expert in this area but it looks good to decorate as it has the elegance. Quite badly damaged.

Early to mid 19th century game box, holding a box of bone playing tokens plus two lacquered wooden trays on the left and 8 sculpted lacquer trays on the right. Generally the box is in good condition. This very well carved and polished horn carving of a Zun (Chinese traditional libation wine vessel) is an early or mid - 20th century product. It is 5 ½” high, 6 ½” wide and 3 ½” thick (both measured from the top), the round bottom is 2” in diameter. Twelve stylized Bixie (辟邪) and different ritual bronze patterns were deeply carved into the entire body. The artist’s name is illegibly carved on the bottom. It is in great condition.
