1930's Chinese Fuzhou Lacquer Happy Buddha
It is 13.4 inches (34 cm) tall by 13.6 inches (34.5 cm) wide. It is 646 gram (1.3 Lb).
It has rubbing of paint, a chip at the hat's finial, chips and cracks at one spot at the sleeve, stains, writing at the underside of the hat, and surface wears and scratches (as seen in the photos).

Lovely pair of small Chinese ginger jars measuring only 5.5 inches high including finial and 3.5" in diameter. They feature a beautiful crackle glaze with a polychrome scene depicting warriors in the Battle of the 3 Kingdoms. These jars were last used as a antique decorative item on top of a diminutive slant top writing desk in a NYC Park Avenue Apartment before the family retired to NC.
This lovely Heisey Orchid wine stem is in excellent, undamaged condition. The bowl is surrounded by an acid etch motif of upside-down orchids and big sprays of ribbons and bows. The Tyrolean stem is quite bright and elegant all attached to a clear broad foot. It stands 6 1/8" tall, and I have one more in my inventory. I have other Heisey and elegant glassware in my inventory ... take a peek. Insurance and confirmation is included in the price.
Measuring 14 x 17 cm, this tobacco pouch from Indus Kohistan is embroidered in extremely fine brick stitch, cross stitch and satin stitch in silk thread. The beaded tassled edges are typical of the embroidery of this remote region of Pakistan. Condition is excellent, estimated age mid to late 20th century.
Jeannette Glass Company made Adam from 1932-4. There are no chips or cracks in the glass. Thanks for looking.
This charming covered jar in translucent yellow glass is topped with an opaque green fruit with stem. Made in the 1890s by Salviati. The body of the jar and lid are ribbed and have a lovely iridescence. The bottom of the base has multi-point pontil marks. It stands 6" high and 4" wide. A similar fruit-topped lid is shown in Carol Osbourne's "Venetian Glass of the 1890s: Salviati at Stanford University" P. 126, Plate 137.
The piece is in excellent condition.
