Rosewood heavy weight hand carved Wall Bracket shelf, Wall Stand, Adam style, 13 3/4" high, 14" wide, 6 1/4" deep, used in Georgetown home in DC during 1970's and 80's. A beautiful Murano Soffiato glass vase with gold flecks and applied blue threads. The vase is 4 1/2 inches (11,3 cm) wide and 4 inches (10 cm) tall. It is in fine condition. Pontil bottom. Lightweight glass. Probably designed by Archimede Seguso or Napoleone Martinuzzi.

This saye gosha (or segusha) shows the dynamic use of line and vivid color for which Uzbek Lakai embroidery is famous.
