Normandie is a depression glass pattern often called by the carnival glass pattern name 'Bouquet and Lattice'. Produced from 1933 to 1939 by Federal Glass Company, it is the only iridescent depression glass pattern from that time period. This is the sugar & creamer in excellent condition. Vintage Japanese lacquer kogai style kanzashi - a hair pin - with lacquer decoration of flowers in a stream. Kogai type kanzashi consists of two sticks featuring a design on each end, which tend to be wider than the centre. Kogai resemble sheathed swords, with one end being removable in order for it to be placed in the hairstyle. Wonderful lacquer work, in very good vintage condition. Length assembled 4 1/4 inches. This pretty ruby red, with crystal stem, Parma 4 Ounce Juice Tumbler was made by Morgantown Glass. This Tumbler measures 4 7/8 Inches high X 2 1/2 Inches in diameter at the top. Very nice set of eight sterling silver cocktail picks with rooster finials brightly decorated in translucent basse-taille enamels. The engraved decoration underneath the enamel lends realistic feathery details to the roosters. The exposed areas of silver are gilt. The backs are marked "925S Norway Sterling."

An early Troika vase or marmalade pot, ca 1970. Of square shape, relief decorated, the matted glaze in purple, black and orange, the inside white glazed. Troika was a group of three art potters, based in St Ives. Troika pieces were sold through Liberty of London. Here is a lovely and rare red Argenta fruit platter designed by Wilhelm Kage for Gustavsberg, Sweden. It measures 7 1/2" in diameter. On the underside is stamped in gold the old Gustavsberg anchor insignia, Argenta, the model number 1003 I. The original label is partially intact (see photo). All silver intact.

Pilgrim Cranberry 10" Swirled Vase is in mint condition. Produced in the late 1970's.

Line 700 was produced by Consolidated Glass Company in 1929. Offered here is the #710 salad plate in blue crystal. (The color is the glass itself, not a fired on finish.) The plate measures 8 inches in diameter and is in excellent condition. Dinnerware items are very hard to find in this pattern and especially in this color. Turquoise Frog Fetish, excellent condition, c. 1940, 1 3/4" long, 1" high at highest point and hind quarters are 3/4" high.

Brooch no100B (sometimes referred to as no120) is a small design with two tulips and berries. Another vintage GJ piece, this brooch is also a classic that was produced after 1945, according to the Georg Jensen mark. Georg Jensen in a circle of dots, sterling Denmark, and 100B are on the back of the pin. The pin is 1.5in (4cm) long.

Series of 4 Chinese Horse drawings by Xu Beihong. Black ink on paper mounted each in a silk border. Each drawing depicting a different horse pose. All signed by the artist with various seals.

Provenance: Purchased from the estate of a retired professor from the University of Paris France many years ago.

Condition: These prints have never been framed, they have been kept in a portfolio. Some yellowing to the silk borders.
