Large and heavy gauge sterling salt and pepper set by Los Castillo, Mexico, c.1948. Handmade, each are of slightly different proportion - each are approximately 3" high and 1 3/4" diameter at the base. Quite heavy, they each way, approximately 3 troy ounces. Each are marked "LOS CASTILLO STERLING MEXICO HANDWROUGHT 15". The interesting thing is that one is marked "123" and the other,"153", although they are a matching set...

This pretty crystal clear Windsor, aka Diamond, depression glass 8 1/4 inch square three-part Relish Tray was made by Jeannette Glass from 1932 to 1946. This relish tray measures 1 inch high and is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. There is a 1 inch mold line on the surface of the tray, which was done in the making of the tray and does not take away from it's beauty. Lifetime edition Japanese shin hanga chuban sized woodblock print titled in kanji and English "Benkei Bridge" by Toshi Yoshida (1911-1995) dated Showa 16 (1941). Pencil-signed at the lower right margin and with the artist's black ink signature and red seal at the lower left corner of the image. Paper: 10 5/8" x 7 3/4" (image: 9 1/2” x 6 3/4”). Very good overall condition with full margins.
