An unusual three piece late 19th century silverplated carving set by Simpson, Hall and Miller. This set has silverplated handles in the form of deer antlers rather than real antlers; it consists of the 16-1/4" carving knife (blade marked SIMPSON, HALL, MILLER & CO. SHEAR STEEL. WALLINGFORD, CT.), the 14-3/8" smooth sided sharpening steel, and the 12-5/8" carving fork. This set is in near mint barely used original condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

Windsor is a depression glass pattern that was made by Jeannette Glass Company from 1932 to 1946. Offered here is the 6 1/2 inch pitcher in pink in excellent condition. For other pieces of Windsor, please check my other listings.
Fine quality carafe with matching glass or tumbler which fits over top of carafe, both in blue and white swirled designs on clear glass, polished lip and bases, signature, mid century era. The blue is cobalt, it appears to have a turquoise hue in some of the photos.
Measures 7 1/2" high with glass on top, carafe alone is 6 1/2" high and roughly 4 1/2" wide, the glass is 3 7/8" high and 2 3/4" wide.
The swirl design is very precise, the sign of fine quality glass, and it is heavy as well...

Westmoreland Fruit Beaded Edge with painted Plum on cup and saucer. Produced from late 1940's to 1950's, in mint condition. We have more of this pattern listed. 4 sets available.
Chinese antique turned wooden brush pot in Huanghuali wood. The pot tapers towards the triple beaded turned base, fashioned to look like a stand and has a slightly rolled top with a recessed base. No mark. Good patination of the wood.
Approximately 22 cm high by 17-1/5 cm diameter at widest point.
Good condition with normal signs of use.
Note: I have lightened some of the pictures up quite a bit so that the details of the grain of the wood can be seen.

This Miao Baby carrier is from the Bai Ling region of China. As is typical of this region, the straps are embroidered. This attractive piece was probably only used for a few festivals before being stored away for the next generations use. In excellant condition, it measures 38" long.
