This is a truly elegant shaped TOBO vase by Erich and Ingrid Triller. It measures 6 3/8" (16cm) tall. On the underside is painted Tobo Triller. The unusual glaze is a yellow ochre, and one of the finest examples of the Triller's artistry. Mint condition.
Early 20th C Chinese Export reverse painting on glass of a mahjong game. This work depicts a quartet of women playing the game at a lacquered table with a small crowd watching them play. In a rosewood frame with brass hanger. The painting is very detailed with the gold highlights on the clothing, lanterns, etc. having been painted first. Measures 14ʺW × 1ʺD × 20.5ʺH

Heartwarming Hagi Tea Bowl by the Last Korean Princess, Yi Bangja (1901 - 1989) with the original signed box. This bowl is a spectacular achievement in ceramic artistry and technique. Cranes symbolize fidelity. They are known for not leaving their spouse’s side after their partner’s death. When pine needles fall, they fall as a pair and the color is evergreen. A pair of cranes under an old pine tree signifies the union of a couple. It is a perfect wedding fukusa (gift cover). The design is beautifully drawn here in Sumi-e black ink style on Shioze silk. Kashigata (wooden sweet mold,) Shiitake Mushroom motif; Japan, early 20th C. Paddle-typ mold to make 4 piece sweets. L.14"(36cm) x W.2.75"(7cm) x H. .875"(2.25cm.) Condition Note: Insect damage to side of paddle. The wrinkled cap of the shiitake mushroom symbolizes old age and long life. It was used as a symbol of such on celebratory occasions.

The rimmed fruit /dessert/sauce bowls are 5 1/2" in diameter. They have pink roses, gray leaves and smooth rims with gold border.
There are no chips, no cracks, and no repairs to this item. This item is in excellent condition.
A large Murano glass fish figurine with silver flecks and variegated color splashes, designed in the style of Dino Martens (for Aureliano Toso). The figurine is 16 1/4 inches (41,3 cm) tall and 7 1/2 inches (19 cm) wide. Except for some roughness at the bottom of the tail (probably as made), it is in fine condition. It is made in green and clear sommerso glass. Unsigned - remnants of a large yellow sticker on bottom (please see last picture).
An Uzbek mafrash panel from northern Afghanistan, mid to late 20th century. Silk embroidery in cross stitch, measuring 16 1/4 x 40 1/4 inches (41.3 cm x 102.2 cm). Condition: Excellent. The reverse side of this textile is lined in purple silk with an ikat hem.
A sterling silver double jigger in International's classic1939 Art Deco "Royal Danish" pattern. The jigger is marked with one of International's older hallmarks. The double jiggers in this pattern are difficult to find.
Origin: America, ca. 1945. Condition: very good, one pinpoint to the side and a few pinpoints on the rim visible upon close inspection, no monogram. Weight: 65.5 grams. Size: 4-9/32" tall.
Kazak hand knotted rug made of wool from the middle east. Beautiful central medallion with blue, red and green design on a pale yellow/cream colored ground. The border has unusual medallion shaped design in red with blue, blue with yellow, and light pink with green. It measures 8' by 10'8".
Consolidated Glass Company produced the Catalonian line in 1927. It was made to look like glass found in Catalonia Spain at the archaeological sites, and had bubbles and raised rings blown into the glass. This is the 1172 fan vase - part of the Spanish Knobs variation. The vase is approximately 6 inches high and is done in a very interesting color treatment with a pink ceramic wash fired on over white glass. Excellent condition...

A Chinese opaque pink glass snuff bottle with red stone stopper. Of circular form, one side decorated in shallow relief with a design of a bird perched on a rock beside waves whilst on the other side is a scene of the sun setting beside waves below a branch of peaches and a single bat. Unmarked.

This gown had been used as a rental. The condition is not new like most of my other gowns are. Some large stains are shown in the lower collar area (see Enlargement 9) and several small stains in the other areas - shown in the other enlargements. It is a whitish creamy color. Hongshan Tall figural chisel ax blade pendant in Nephrite Jade. The figure probably depicts a female goddess and surface tremolite throughout. The back showing heavy wear from tong term use . The back had biconically drilled holes. Size 4" W just under 1"
A waka poem in underglaze blue brushed by female artist/poet Tomioka Haruko decorates this porcelain Mizusashi by female potter Suwa Sozan II enclosed in the original signed wooden box. The porcelain container is 17.5 cm (7-1/2 inches) tall, 11.5 cm (4-1/2 inches) diameter and in excellent condition. On the base it bears the circular mark of Suwa Sozan II and on the side the verse is singed Haruko 80. From this we can surmise it dates from 1926 when Haruko was 80 by Japanese count...
Three piece sterling silver and rosewood tea set by Tango Aceves circa 1950. The teapot measures approximately 6.75" tall and approximately 5" in diameter. The handle is 4" long. It weighs approximately 1.5 lbs. The tea cup is an elegantly simple round bowl measuring 3.5" in diameter by 1.75" deep. It weighs 103.3 grams. The creamer measures 3.5" in diameter with a .75" spout. The handle is 2.75" long. It weighs 148.4 grams.
Unusual Japanese obidome (sash ornament) made out of bamboo stem and carved in low relief with blooming prunus branch. Obidome is worn on an obi cord that holds the obi sash together, it is the only type of jewelry worn by Japanese women on formal occasions, and could serve as netsuke as well. Wonderful and clever use of material, beautiful finish and patina. Two metal fittings on the back for an obi cord. Signed EIKO and inscribed in hiragana EZO MURASAKI. Length 2 inches.
Fenton Burmese Bowl is 8-3/4" wide and about 4" high. It is in mint condition, made in the 1960's, matte finish.
