Offered is a scarce pharmacy tool of the trade labeled No. 10 TABLET MOULD that was offered by the Whitall Tatum Company. These hard rubber molds were used in most drugstores from the mid 1880s to the early 20th century. This particular size mould made 50 one grain triturate tablets.
This handsome, hand-sized device enabled pharmacists to enhance their productivity. Measures 6 inches long.
Fortunately, the directions and original box still exist...
Japanese hand Hammered Copper Tetsubin, Tea Kettle, Tea Pot, signed, 1930's, 11" high include handle up, 9" wide include spout, with etched design of Butterfly and Lotus flower inside the fan shape Cartouche, spout has closed hinged top to keep hot tea or hot water warm for longer period of time. Handle can be placed down and up, slight dents shows on the both sides.

Tall vessel of square shape, cut out of a section of a Paulownia (kiri) tree showing knots on three sides, where side branches used to be. The wood is stained dark brown. One side of the vessel is decorated with inlays/appliques and lacquer paint. The appliques colored with gold sprinkle, silver flakes and green lacquer.

Persian Iranian Ceramic Tile, 1960's, 12 1/2" x 10 1/2" 3/4" thick, hand painted floral decoration under the thick crackling glaze, small frits around the edges, and tight firing in the Kiln hairline on the bottom, heavy weight.

A vintage mid century modernist pair of salad servers in sterling silver and exotic wood by William Spratling. One is an open slotted spoon/fork and the other is a large serving spoon.
They each measure 12 1/4" long and 2 1/4" across the bowls. Marked with the conjoined 'WS', Taxco and 925. These were the marks used between 1933-40, the first design period.
Made of thick lightly hammered sterling with three small balls near where the silver is attached to the wood...
